Our stay in Soho suites is very relaxing and convenient. It has all the amenities we need like washer and dryer, Microwave, refrigerator, tv etc. Our host Mr Shay is very accomodating and always make sure that we're all doing good during our stay. It's recommended and We'll come back with my family.

Cozy, Clean and Modern. 5-10 mins walk from KLCC. Strictly accessible only for those who has the access card. Cons: Only one bathroom/toilet to accomodate 6 persons.

Cleanliness can be improved. there's a sharp edge at the bed for all rooms. must cover it to avoid injury. staff especially Shay is more than friendly and helpful. thumbs up for him.

Staff are friendly and nice. A bit of a walk enabled us to go to klcc and Pavilion. Of course there is Grab if too tired to walk. Clean units and all working appliances. Will take them again.

Not Worth the Money”
Pros: Great location, Pavilion & KLCC by walking distance. Cons: Limited parking space given (I booked for 6 adults but they only provide 1 free parking. Others park at visitor with fees rm16/day), false advertising (I booked for family apartment where should have 2 queen bed & 1 sofa bed but the reality is only 1 queen bed, 1 single bed & 1 sofa bed), limited direction signage in building, swimming pool facilities only for soho members.

Central location but not includive facilities”
We booked two 3 br apartments hoping to get families together. Unfortunately we were placed 15 floors apart. The children were anxiously waiting to jump into the pool BUT it cost RM20/hr!!! We wanted to use the gym for morning exercise, another RM20/hr!!! Thus we wasted 2 days together. A NO NO to those who wanted to be in this suite if you want to use those facility.
