Strategic location and easy access”

Staying at Soho Suites KLCC makes me and my family feel comfortable like staying at home. Plus the view that was served from our room was the twin Petronas tower which became the icon of Kuala Lumpur made us even more happy. The room is equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and other equipment. There's just a little that makes me disappointed from the staff of Soho Suites. I hope in the future that the staff improve themselves better in serving guests for the good name of Soho Suites.

Bad service of staff”

To Agoda , i would like to make a complain that this unit Soho Suites @ KLCC by Luxury Suites Asia the service is really bad also. Before i book this apartment because there have a free carpark are , before i arrive they still told me will lead me where to park ,but when i arrival , they said no more carpark lot already, what is this. And this unit dont even have a fork and spoon, most of the kitchen cabinet are those rubbris bag and some bed linen also. And my check out time , try to called both number , no response at all , till waited for some time. I feel very disappointed. Please look into this matter.

We’re surprised!”

Location is really great. Very near in Petronas Tower and other shopping mall. Self check-in is allowed so if you’re flight is late, you can still check-in at the hotel. We really enjoyed our trip thanks to Soho Suites!

Very convenient for small family”

Very convenient for small family like mine (three young kids). Near to KLCC, Eat Street and 7Eleven and all the facilities inside the room needed for me and my family. Only problem is small cockroaches inside bedroom and kitchen but that s not really a big deal, just hope that the owner can take care of it in future. Will surely come back in future.

Friendly host to guide u through the registration process. Strategic location which is situated between KLCC and Pavilion. Room equipped with washing machine, dryer, microwave, kitchenette, cooker, ext. U can stay comfortably.

Our family very happy with the place.Duty manager Mr Imran is very kind and very friendly, helpful facilitate our family affairs to check in and check out.Good clean apartment,very spacious,best facilities in the unit and free parking.Location very strategic just 10min-15min to KLCC and Pavilion.Will surely come back in the future.

I booked SIGO luxury suite a month ago. My family is so excited and looking forward for the trip. Sadly we were informed that SOHO was not available only the night before our trip. We will be relocated to VIPOD Residence. Reason given was the unit is undergoing maintenance. The very LAST MINUTE? Does SOHO apartments have only one unit? The whole building? Not to spoiled my family excitement , I said yes to the transfer to VIPOD hoping we will be given a good unit or alike. Sadly, the unit given was far from our expectation. Bed in master bedroom were lumpy and the pillows smell s like someone sweat. Same goes in the living room sofa bed. The pillow seems unwashed and smells bad. Our unit was cleaned only once in our 4 days stay. Even the change of towel were only once. We were charged for the room cleaning. What angers me is when we get to know our booked unit was given to someone else who’d booked for a month stay in SOHO. We are being sideline n given a mediocre unit. Wow

Good location”

Location is quite strategic where it is within the walking distance to the Pavilion and KLCC. The apartment is not so big but it is suitable for a small family and the price is not bad since there are 3 rooms that can be accomodated. A bit frustration when the using of swimming pool is not free so have to pay for it. Parking is limited to 1 unit but luckily during our stay the hosting agent was a kind person and gave us an extra parking. Overall the place is good especially for peoples who like the shopping experience.

Everything was ok”

Everything was as the picture stated, house is spacious and big. The only thing we feel is the whole experience we had was sort of an airbnb experience. Nonetheless we had a great time in the suites.

Pros, location to klcc and pavilion are a stone throw away. Quiet surrounding. Furnished with washing machine and dryer. Cons, you need to pay to use the swimming pool. Luxury suite is not what it means, don't expect to have the standard of: toiletries - tissues box, napkins service station - tea, coffee, sugar and creamer.. TV box is not working (my fault because I didn't inform them to fix it, after I checked in the room) An eye sour, the moment you enter the room a broom stick is right in front of you. Apart from paying for the room, an extra charges for cleaning RM80+, but there isn't any house keeping..

SOLID LOCATION. VERY NEAR PAVILLION AND TWIN TOWER. GRAB TO PAVILLION IS ALSO DIRT CHEAP IF YOU DONT WANT TO WALK. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! THE LIASON PERSON IS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT.

Apartment is near KLCC. Easy to locate via GPS. Clean and has a view of the KLCC. Beds not that fantastic though.
