Superb accommodation! ”

Great serviced apartment. Efficient, helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are well equipped. The roof deck infinity pool has a very nice view of the harbour and strait, good for photos. The location is near Singapore 2nd link. The hotel is just two bulidings away from Puteri Harbour Theme Park which houses Hello Kitty Town and Thomas (and friends) Town, an indoor theme park. There is free shuttle to Legoland and Bukit Indah for shopping and other food options. The location is great! Literally situated at Puteri harbor front which gives a nice view of the marina and docks, offers an array of restaurants and bars. Thumbs up! Will definitely come back.

Pros 1) Spacious 1-bedroom deluxe. Air-con temp was just nice. Clean apartment equipped with almost everything. You can rent up to dvds during your stay. They even have a toaster! :D 2. Apartment well secured. After 11pm, the auto-door is switched off and a guard will be manning it. 3. First we thought the location was rather far off from city but after walking around we realised there were eateries like Kenny Rogers, Old Town Coffee, a halal 24hr restaurant (Mana2 Cafe) which sells delicious breakfast and offers other nice dishes as well as sate and sheesha (hookah) at night. There is also a pharmacy and a 24hr convenience store nearby Hotel Jen next door. 4) Very friendly staff and a particular Ms May worked well with the housekeeping team to retrieve my son's fav toy truck which we had left behind upon checkout. Returned my call from Singapore within minutes. Well done! Cons 1) Baby pool was under maintenance as such my kids couldn't really enjoy their water play. 2) Our request for a harbour view apartment was turned down as apparently those are privately owned. Nevertheless, I believe u can book other room types with a harbour view. Overall it was a very good stay and fret not for breakfast/lunch/dinner options. You will have plenty of choices. Thank you Somerset Puteri Harbour! Definitely we will return if we are going to Legoland/Thomas Town/Hello Kitty Town

I enjoyed my stay at Somerset Puteri Harbour Nusajaya. The place is so serene and quiet even though there are a lot of good restaurants and theme parks nearby. The view is also good. This hotel is perfect for vaccations wherein you want to relax. Their infinity pool is really something to look forward to, it has the view of Puteri Harbour. The staff were so kind and will help you with your needs beyond there duties. We were really clueless on the locations we wanted to visit in JB so we showed them the places where we wanted to go. They immediately told us the location of those places, how to get there, how long it will take, how far they were and which one to visit first with smiling faces. They are really happy to serve their guests. There were plenty of times we were able to meet what looks like their General Manager along the hallway of level P and he never failed to smile at us or greet us. The rooms were big and clean with your own kitchen. It also has a safe, an iron for clothes and hair dryer which not all hotels offer. They provide storage for your luggage. They provide shuttles to Legoland and Aeon Shopping Center in Bukit Indah. The only fallback is that they don't provide a shuttle going back to the hotel. Also, they're breakfast buffet doesn't have much to offer. Overall, the hotel is good for me.

The room and all facilities are clean!”

We love the room. The room is very clean and big. The utensils and cooking-ware are complete and clean. The swimming pool has a nice view. I used the laundry room facility on our last day and it is very clean. The staff is very helpful. It is closed to Hello Kitty town. We really recommended Somerset Puteri Harbour Iskandar Puteri.

Great location and good service”

It's located at Puteri Harbour and the area surrounding it is still under construction but it looks like an upcoming new place from the new and modern buildings that are already there.Service was quick and efficient as I was there on a Sunday (possibly off-peak time as well). The security guard helped us with our luggage from the car and directed us to the parking bay (basement and free). Check in was a breeze. The room is really spacious and as advertised, it's a service apartment. So it has a complete kitchen with a big fridge with a 2 seater sofa and TV. The only downside for me was the aircond and a mirror facing directly at the bed we were sleeping in. It's directly connected to the Puteri Harbour Mall, so just walking distance to Hello Kitty Town and restaurants. There are quite many choices and if you present your key card, you can get additional discount at the restaurants. Great value for money!

Excellent service and huge room”

Pros near to Hello Kitty/ Thomas Town and near to indoor outdoor bars/ cafes with Harbour View. Relaxing. Room is clean, big and spacious. Bath room is well renovated as well. 4-5 stars hotel apartment suite style. Reception staffs were professional and kind. Friendly and always smile. Location is quite near to legoland with free shuttle bus service at different timing just have to inform hotel reception staffs in advance. Staff also recommended us to go Aeon Bukit Indah as it is a big shopping mall and not far away. If you are planning this stay for Thomas town hello kitty or Legoland probably in the evening you can make a trip to Johor Bahru Premium outlets which is about 25 mins away via taxi. We would stay there again..

Self contain secluded area. Good restaurants around it, ranging from mix rice to fast food to fast end bars. The local restaurant next door opens 24 hrs . To me, the food is good and tasty. Took the 3 bedrooms apartment . Very clean with cooking facilities. Even a washing machine complete with dryer within the unit. Coffee house only serve breakfast. Its next to the gym and self service laundry room. Staff are polite and accommodating - even during super peak period (Chinese New Year). Parking in the basement is aplenty , with security of course. I hv also stayed in Sommerset Medini (next to Legoland). I felt that Sommerset Puteri Harbour is slight better in terms of the size of the rooms, food choices and the view. I will definitely come again ...

went there for Challenge Iskandar Puteri. this hotel is within walking distance to puteri harbour, with plenty of food options along the way. our favourite, however, is Mana Cafe Which is closely located to the hotel.

My family and I cannot be happier elsewhere anymore after seeing what Somerset Puteri Harbour offered. The room was BIG, it was within a stone throw to Hello Kitty land, car parking facilities was secured with security post right at the entrance of the carpark and all the staffs were really professional and polite. My children had lots of fun and I'll be sure to re-visit the hotel again whether its for Hello Kitty or Legoland.

excellent location and great hotel”

Was here for a race - Challenge Iskandar Puteri. The hotel was located very near to the race event. Love the room- clean and spacious. Love everything about it. Modern and new. However, it i would give a constructive criticism, I would say that the check-in took more time than it should. Booked this hotel last year and this year (2018) and the check-in still took more than 15 mins. Perhaps, the management could look into this matter on how to speed things up at the reception counter. Very fast check-out however. Overall, it was 4 out 5 stars experience. Just look into the check-in ya.

Good value for Money!”

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It's a wonderful service apartment. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which is very roomy and clean. It is located at Puteri Harbour which is ample eating places and is home to Hello Kitty town, Tomas town which is plenty enough to entertain the kids. It's also a short drive away to Legoland - which was the purpose of this visit. Will stay here again.

Fifth visit, and counting.”

Not our first time at Somerset Puteri Harbour, and certainly not our last. From little things like the shuttle bus driver actually remembering us, and the polite and helpful staff members, there's really not much to find fault with. The room is spacious and everything was functioning, and the bed and pillows were comfortable too. The gym is simple but clean and well-maintained, and a stroll along the harbour is perfect too if you fancy some peace. Because there was a jazz music festival when we were there, the stretch along the harbour came to life at night, and it was a pleasant experience too. Food options wise, there's Shilin, Sushi King, Kenny Rogers, just to name a few, but we usually prefer to buy groceries from Aeon and cook them at the hotel since there's a kitchenette in the room and shuttle bus services ferry you to and from Aeon Bukit Indah. Looking forward to and planning our next visit already!

Comfortable and convenient”

It's a nice hotel - more comfortable than luxurious, but being new it has its share of teething problems. The hotel is well located, facing beautiful Puteri Harbour, just 3 minutes walk away from a variety of high-quality and reasonably priced restaurants and shops. In time there will be even more of these. Puteri Harbour looks well set to be the number one entertainment and leisure hub of Nusajaya. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and well maintained. The pool at the hotel is a bit smaller than you would expect. The breakfast area was totally wet because there had been rain overnight and the area is open on the side. The staff had not pulled down the roller blinds to keep the water out. The breakfast itself was poor. No eggs, no cheese and limited offerings in the buffet. Best deal is to stay at the hotel but have breakfast at one of the restaurants nearby.

One of the best choices in Puteri Harbour”

One of the better places to stay besides hotel jen in Puteri harbour. Booked a duplex this time, damn huge room 1000sqft room, can play hide and seek. Bestest service from hotel staff as usual, smiles from ear to ear despite my check in time at 1am. Spanking clean rooms with fresh sheets, spotless toilets, what else could u ask for at this great price?!? Will stay again soon! Keep up the great work guys!

Good Location, Good Apartment, Near Hello Kitty Land”

Somerset Puteri Harbour Nusajaya is located in the same complex with Hello Kitty Land. You just need 3 minutes walks. It is an apartment style. Booked 1 Bedroom type and surprise with how big is the room. It has everything you need when you stay with your family. Full Kitchen Set including glass, plate, spoon, forks and even a cooking facility. The complex also has a lots of restaurant, cafe, bars and food kiosk with a various choice of means. It also has a convenience stores. Behind the complex was a Puteri Harbour. The swimming pool with a beautiful view to the harbour and sunset. Really enjoy the stay.

Excellent hotel, especially for Hello Kitty trip guest”

This is an excellent hotel, big and clean. We went there for one night, and we book for two rooms, but the stuff upgrade one of our room so that it will be room connected, this is so warm feeling. This hotel was just beside of Jen hotel and puteri harbour(hello kitty land). But if u want to stay in crowd environment or city tour, this hotel wasn't suitable for u, because is quite far to the city. But for us, it is cool, the basement area was all bar and bistro, so even at the night time u also have a place for chill. awesome!!!

Ideal escapade”

The location was far from the city, by the harbour. Just what we wanted to be. Facilities are well equipped. We love the kitchenette! The room was spacious and private. Thank you, Ascott's Somerset Puteri Harbour!

Family trip”

Somerset apartment is spacious and suitable for families with kids. The connecting rooms is great for family bonding. Ample car parks too. Breakfast is no good and can improve. The only set back is the entry fee for the all day pass is too hefty at rm125 per pax, more expensive than the hotel stay !!! The theme park is the only attracting at puteri harbour and if the entry fees are too hefty, visitors will not return again even though the hotel stay is good.

Big room, small swimming pool”

1. The room is big and suitable for family. The kitchenette facilities are superb and well equipped. 2. The location is very close to The Little Big Club and Puteri Harbour. Many restaurants, as well as pharmacy, can be found near Marina Walk. 3. Only one access card was given by the counter staff during check-in. It is difficult to use only one card for two persons since the card is also used for the elevator. I did ask to be issued two cards, only to be told I can get one card only. Then in the late evening, I went to reception again and asked for another card, this time another staff at the counter issued me another access card without any hesitation. So I'm guessing the staff who did the check in for me was just too lazy to issue me with 2 access cards. 4. The air conditioner in the room smells so dusty and produced unpleasant odor. 5. The swimming pool is too small and crowded.

One Bedroom Deluxe”

Never respect the super cleanliness room when stepped in. Love and enjoy the facilities in the hotel, enjoy shower with the water flow (water pressure pump) nice scent and moisture shower gel provided. Beautiful harbour view from poolside and enjoy evening walk with my hubby at the sidewalk who link to Puteri harbour.
