We did an overnighter and booked 2 executive studios on our way in. When we arrived, we asked about the possibility to pay for a room upgrade and were told the property was full. We said ok, and checked in. One of the room’s (208) AC wasn’t working, front desk came and moved us to another room (225). It was the same situation where one AC wasn’t working. They had a staff come check and verify it wasn’t working. Finally front desk gave us an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite and I asked if my children could be roomed with us because that would mean we were on different floors. The answer we got from front desk was “Mam it’s very late now.” Eventually we did get a connecting studio suite with our one bedroom suite. That got me thinking about what we were told at check-in, that the property was full. Mind you, we were not asking for free upgrades, we were asking to pay for the upgrade and were told no, the property is full. How can it be full when we could be moved three times in the space of an hour?? Dishonesty runs the place.

Went during the weekend. Room was upgraded to one bedroom at the 1st floor. Quite noisy. Patrons at the ground floor talking can be heard. There are uneven tiles and holes flooring along the walkway. It was just covered with carpet. Breakfast was limited.
