The hotel is just 2 min from the Nagano Station (follow Zenkoji Temple Exit - crossed the pedestrian bridge - walk straight - the entrance is just beside Lawson store). The hotel is near to the ticket center and bus station to Togakushi Shrine and about 25 min walk to Zenkoji Temple. There are lots of food choices nearby. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, wide range of amenities provided and luggage forwarding services (next day arrival) which is convenience for traveller who would like to visit Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.

Best Hotel so far. ”
We came to Japan few times. First time with Sotetsu. The hotel is newly renovated. Reception is in 5th floor. We were greeted by 2 staffs waiting at the lift as we reached the floor. Checking in using a touch screen machine as in airport checking in. Room was comfy as any Japanese hotel (slight smaller). Many types of teas and coffee are provided at reception floor with most toileteries needed are here but most amazingly face mask and skin care products are provided as well... Just need to get it freely from reception floor (how cool was that!). Walking to Nagano Station is like a stone throw away. Overall staying experience was splendid in the cold winter.

A really strategic hotel right opposite the Nagano station and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. Room’s really clean and spacious enough for two people. Free amenities are the best thing about the hotel. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English. Seriously, if I had known about the awesomeness of this hotel, I would have stayed for a longer time.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for anyone coming from the Nagano station. At the first and second floors, there are a Don Quijote stroe and a Lawson convenient stores for buying such necessary things. The room is very clean. Breakfast is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Prime location (2mm from Nagano station), on a way to Zenkoji temple. A room is tiny but ok fir one night stay. Very clean and stylish like a hotel in Nordic countries. Staff is nice abd helpful. No public bath. I like to stay one if Soretsu Inn in future.

Located just opposite to train station with everything nearby. All the amenities can be obtained in the lobby. I booked a superior twin but they gave me a semi double. The staff quickly rectified the mistake. The room is clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast does not have many choices but are of high quality.

The hotel was very close to the Nagano station and accessible. It was nice and clean, but the only downside would be that our bathtub leaked when we drained the water. But everything else was great

Room is small. We had to put our luggage on top of the two chairs provided. Location is good, just across the train station via a link bridge. Room felt newly renovated so still fresh and clean. Breakfast is simple but good.
