great service and cozy room”

the hotel not located in the city of Pattani but it's not far if having own car. the service is good and coffee at the coffee shop is really tasty. the price is reasonable for the room but should add a bit more amenities such slipper; however i will come back again if having chance to Pattani

Music from the lounge bar is very disturbing!!!”

During our stay, we hardly can fell asleep as the music from the bar below is very loud and continue to play even at 1am!!!

Acceptable, but not comfortable or convenient”

People were nice enough, but the hotel is not near much. Breakfast was poor quality and served in a depressing banquet hall with no windows. Bed was hard as a rock! That said, everything was clean.

BIG Cまでは車で行かなくてはいけないし、ホテル周辺は何も無いです。コンビニも無いので、移動手段がある方に向いています。

清潔でしたがアメニティが乏しかったです”

清潔感はありました。しかし部屋だけでなくホテル自体にヘアドライヤー一切無し、スリッパ無し、歯ブラシ無し等、アメニティは乏しかったです。また１階のカラオケの音が夜中１時くらいまでうるさかったです。スタッフは全く英語が話せませんでした。

ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง ถ้าใครคิดอยากจะพักแบบเงียบๆ หาที่อื่นครับ ได้ยินเสียงจากทางเดิน ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆ มีผับด้านล่าง มีคนเลิกจากผับขึ้นมาเที่ยงคืน แล้วมากินต่อที่ห้อง แจ้ง พนักงานแล้ว แต่บอกว่าเสียงดังได้ถึงตี 2 ไม่ได้นอนเลยครับ ถ้าใครนอนหลับยาก หนีไป

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมต้องเข้าซอยเล็ก ๆ ไปหน่อย ถ้าคนไม่เคยมาก็อาจจะหาทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่เจอ บริเวณโดยรอบจัดว่าไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่าน แต่ก็มีร้านค้าและบริการต่าง ๆ อยู่ใกล้เคียง รวมทั้งเดินทางเข้าสู่ตัวเมืองปัตตานีได้อย่างง่ายดาย ห้องพักสะอาด มีผ้าร้องสำหรับรีดผ้าไว้บริการ แต่ไม่มีเตารีดให้ แสงสว่างในห้องน้อยไปสักหน่อย แต่โดยรวมถือว่าห้องพักมีความสะดวกสบายมาก คุ้มค่ากับราคา รวมทั้งมีที่จอดรถไว้บริการจำนวนมาก

มินิบาร์ขึ้นรา ไมโลหมดอายุ น้ำจากฝักบัวมีสีสนิมและกลิ่นชัดเจน ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าขนหนูเก่าแล้วและมีแค่ผ้าใหญ่ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดผม แต่เตียงสอาดดี ห้องโดยรวมพอใช้ ไม่มีอาหารเช้าในราคา1000
