Stayed here many times and each experience is more or less the same. It has a good location, short walk to IOI mall Puchong. Great prices. The staff is different each time, but all of them are friendly. One extra plus point is that Sovotel offers free and fast Wi-Fi. A downside is that it is not really clean every time I visit, but it is still acceptable. Can be improved :)

New, Clean, 5min walk to IOI Mall, Competent Staff, Some noise ”

I stayed in Sovotel for 11 days, hotel is new, built in 2018 and so I loved all the facilities. Staff are very friendly, housekeeping can come everyday by request. I got a kettle and iron too by request. In terms of convenience, 5mins to IOI mall, and probably 15-20mins walk to the nearest train station. To go over to opposite side of highway is a 10min walk to the overhead bridge. Right outside around the corner of the block is a small chinese hawker cafe with some stalls, or else IOI mall has everything - Korean buffet KFC Taiwanese food Bakery A&W Swensens you'll not be starved. AEON mall u can buy anything there. Safety is ok, staff lock entrance all times. One downside is no lift, but I didn't mind it much as it was the exercise I needed. Also some noises you can hear from next door and someone can smell ppl smoking from the aircon vent which I think is also where the noise came from. Walls are concrete themselves.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs. Room is clean. Main entrance is locked all the time, thus felt safe and secured. No hair dryer in the room but can borrow from front desk. Special thanks to a male staff on duty on 22.11.2019 (i'm so sorry that i forget to ask his name) who is so kind to bring me to the bus ticket counter at IOI Mall Puchong, about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. One more thing, this is the only hotel that got massage chair in the room!

Worth the money”

Big soft bed and comfy pillows. Tidy room and clean toilet. Got massage chair and I really enjoyed using it. TV channel got FOX movies, astro sport channels, awani, but other channels reception wasnt good. Water pressure was strong. Water heater worked well. I really enjoyed my stay even for a nite. Less than 5min walking to mamak Pelita and Zamzam. It is possible to walk to IOI Puchong too

Convenient and value for money”

The staff was helpful but rather busy because of insufficient workers. There is a downside with this hotel, it has 3 floors but no elevator. So those people who stay here better have strong legs. The room we were given without window(s) were found to have mouldy odour. I bet the management could invest in a air purifier to solve that. Staying at the ground floor was noisy as the female staff was chatting and laughing away till late night. The good thing is that it is very near IOI Mall - Puchong. So you can basically resolve all the shopping tasks or fill up your tummy conveniently. The LRT station is also not far, probably 15 mins walk so you can get into the city without having to worry about horrid traffic conditions. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. Recommended.

..no elevator, just a reminder for those with physically disabled guests. Getting a parking spot can be a challenge, too. Overall, a great place to stay just about 100 meters from IOI Mall Puchong.

Very surprised our room got massage chair. Room very clean and in front of hotel got parking space . around hotel got Chinese and 24 hr Mamak restaurant. Very convenience. Just one disappointing thing , when i booked the room with windows but that staff give us the rooms without windows. But everything still good. When i visited KL Puchong will choose to stay this hotel again.

i was so surprise and felt warm that hotel provided the massage chair. but not all the room got these chair. and some rooms the chair has out of service. Maybe hotel management can take note on this. and the aircon also need to do service. However, overall are very good and friendly staff.

Walking distance to IOI Mall Puchong. Only 1 minute. Parking quite hard to find at hotel vicinity.

New and Excellent”

It is still very new hotel and my first time to stay this branch. I stayed in other branch before but this branch is more cleaner, newer, and better. The room is bigger than I thought. Definitely will have many more times to check in.

Value for the MONEY”

Overall pleasant stay, bed is a little dusty and stains on blankets, but the receptionist immediately contact room service to fix the problem. This is my third visit and i'm very impress of this hotel.

Good location except for the mad traffic. The room is quite spacious for budget hotel. The bonus point is the massage chair - really need that after very long drive Very clean - assuming that this must be new hotel. The only thing that bothered me - was the staircases. Too high...3rd floor...with no lift.

Some rooms near damages, Housekeeping failed to maintain same level of cleanliness, soap&shampoo weren’t available during the first stay, not stated that there weren’t windows in all rooms, no availability of smoking rooms and no lifts within the hotel. Reception staff were the good thing about the stay.

Extremely pleasant stay. Comfortable room, nice bed and pretty toilet. Wish the hotel had an elevator. Staff was indifferent, neither friendly nor rude. Highly recomended and would definitely return again.

Never expect there is a massage chair for a budget hotel room. Although the seat is little damage but stil can be use. The hotel is within walking distance to IOI mall.
