"The hotel location was perfect, it doesn't take long to reach KLCC or Seri Kembangan thanks to highway connections around the hotel. However, it's a little disappointment that the hotel only provide one key card per room."

"The apartment's great. Very clean. Very spacious. The view is great too. The only complaint I have is that there weren't clear enough directions for the reception. Check-in limit is also way too early at 6 pm. A bit hard to conform to when you're in a rush. But besides that, great. "

"We extended our stay via Agoda having already booked a week here we liked it to much. The reception was breathtaking and just walking around made you feel as though you have entered luxury. Our room was newly refurbished and overlooked the waterfall. We thought the noise of the water would keep us awake, little did we know it went off and on on a timer! The rooms were clean with ample toiletries and refreshment. We ate in all the restaurants. The Japanese and Chinese were perhaps a little overpriced but the Japanese was a lovely experience with the waitress more than happy to explain what everything was. The warm sake was delicious. Carousel was buffet style but we ate off the a la carte. Lots os choice. Sagar was our special meal and the one which my boyfriend says was the best meal of the 5 month trip. Fabulous. The shuttle to KL does not get there early enough to get tickets for the Petronas Towers but is an ideal way of travelling to the city easily. The shuttle to the Mines Shopping Centre needs to be booked at reception and provides alternative eateries. We took the boat shuttle for the experience and was not disappointed. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I have returned home. Cannot wait to go again."
