The superior room offers free wifi, sejadah, ironing equipments, refrigerator, water heater (shower) and television (with basic channels). However, we were not sure why the bed sheet had dark spots and there were hair underneath. Also, we would be satisfied if the manual door lock being fixed. Nevertheless, the room and service was good.

Clean but worn. ”
Quiet hotel in a quiet place. Place is simultaneously clean and new and somehow a bit worn and run down. Next to the national park entrance if you end up here. There are a couple of seafood restaurants around. But really there's no need for the typical tourist to stay out here - Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi are less than an hour by bus, even quicker by taxi.

Cons: Water pressure (the shower) is extremely slow. I found a small cockroach in the bathroom. The room floor need to be swept and vacuum properly. I can feel the floor is dirty with sand all over. Old carpet need to be changed, the remote air conditioner need to be replaced as well. Some of the digit that displayed the temperature are missing, so hard to tell the temperature. Poor maintenance of the facility, overall. Poorly maintained balcony as well, the moss stained or whatever on the brick wall of the balcony is such an eyesore. Even the reception area is poorly maintained, with sands all over the place. Please considered all these for improvement. Pros: parking space is okay. The place is cheaper than the stay at Feringgi. No need to go through annoying traffic like in Feringgi.

Black hair and stained sheets ”
It just isn't clean. The fridge seemed to have dried blood from fishing as did the very old carpet tiles. There were clumps of long black hairs in the bed along with dirty sheets.

It is too far from city, but we had no choice as all hotels fully booked. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but you can find nice eating shops and stall around the area. The hotel is clean and room is like a 3 star as it is new.

light in bathroom didn't work but otherwise fine ”
It's a bit sterile and the light in one of our two bathrooms didn't work, but the bed was comfortable. Overhead fans would have been nice, you don't really want to leave the window open because of mosquitoes

There's a lady (20+ years old) who in charge for reception during my check in. I don't know what her problem is, but she was soooo rude. She was so not friendly and even shouted at us when we wanted to check in as if we interrupted her break time or something. Fyi, that was my 2nd time staying there and the last time I remembered the staffs were so nice. But this girl...argghhh..
