              there was hair on the toilets, pubic hair in shower and hairs in the bed. asked for it be cleaned and the lady up front went into room took toilet paper off roll and wiped it off nothing was done about the hair in shower and bed. at over 400 for 2 nights, you think the rooms would be clean

              Location was very convenient and the room was very comfortable and laid out well. I like that the bath area isn’t right as you come into the suite.
              Pricing for all hotels has gone up considerably where the room service has gone down. I remember when checking in that the front desk manager did say that room service was not as it had been in the past but I stayed 4 days and did not receive room service at all. It wasn’t until I checked out that I noticed a sign saying that room service (cleaning and fresh towels) was only provided upon request.

              The room was very spacious for our family of 4 plus our infant. There was a full size closet! The hotel is beautiful and clean. We checked in an hour past the time we scheduled ourselves for but that was not an issue, the hotel staff was understanding and accommodating.
              We traveled with our infant and the bathroom didn&#39;t have a bathtub and the sink is not big enough to bath him in. They do offer accessible room with a bathtub and the hotel recommended us to request for it at our next visit.
