Gorgeous”
The Sripakpra is a truly boutique resort with only about 18 rooms. Our room looked directly out onto Thale Noi; our large verandha with its swing over the water was a wonderful place to relax and take in the serenity of lake. The room was large, super clean and well laid out. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. When we were there (July 2020) their restaurant was only open for breakfast. Breakfast was very good; plenty of variety catering for both local and foreign tastes. Sadly it was not open at night for dinner. The sister resort next door, whose restaurant Sripakpra were using instead of their own for dinner, was not of the same quality and really let the resort down. I highly recommend this resort but try one of the restaurants nearby rather than eat at the restaurant the resort recommends.

close to nature”
we booked the rooms next to the restaurant that didnt face the sea so it wasnt the best view. to reach the swimming pool and breakfast dining meant either drive your car there or take the motocycle service (motocycle mounted with seats) that the resort provided upon request. bicycle was also available for those who can ride bikes. the bikes were fair some needed more air in the tires some werent ridable. the swimming pool had a great view to the sea. small pool also available for small children. we had small children and they had fun at the pool. the walk from the lobby to the pool was quite far, especially for the elders. the rooms we stayed was spacious. the bed was big. the bed room was extremely big and clean. the downside was the bath tub, the hot water was not hot just luke warm and flowed very very slow. so if you expect a hot bathtub then no you wont get one. however the shower water was hotter so i ended up taking a shower instead. the lighting was very dimmed. not much different from turning the lights off or on. the bed was comfortable. the minibar prices were quite cheap. probably my first time taking a beer from a minibar because the closest 7-11 was like 9 km away and the best convenient store was a drive right to the road outside the resort to a local store. so stockup before checking in to the resort if you do not have any plans to drive again. the parking space for the rooms next to the restarunt had a solid roof but is limited. there are customers who just come to eat so if you want a parking space with a roof then you might have to fight for the parking space otherwise the parking space without the roof is available. but I would highly recommend the parking with the roof. because if it rains, things start to become messy and really difficult. our stay rained heavily in the morning. meaning breakfast had to be driven to the breakfast place (since the motocycle and bicycle is not an option) so if your car if parked under the roof then things

Worth a visit ”
We are a young couple from the UK and due to some travel complications we needed to be near a hospital in Trang. That’s how we heard of Phatthalung. This was clearly the best hotel in the area and we are so glad we ended up staying here. After over a month of travelling around Thailand, this was the first place that we felt was authentic and a real Thai experience. We didn’t see any other tourists and the locals looked surprised to see us! Sai (hotel owner) made us feel at home, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay and her team helped us rent a care for a few days. You will need a car / motorbike if you stay here as all the attractions are quite far away, or just chill out by their amazing infinity pool and relax. It felt like we were at one with nature the four days we were there. The food was great and they lend out bicycles for free to ride from the old side of the resort (this has the main restaurant) to the new side of the resort (home to the pool, pool bar, breakfast area and cute cafe - this cafe was our fave). We recommend you do the hour sun set boat ride, it was very romantic. We first felt out of place, as we were the only English guests there, but by the end of the trip we didn’t want to leave.

A nice 1-2 night getaway place”
The goods: A very nice cozy little place right by the lake with a feeling of being far away from city lights. The pricing (at a discount) is pretty reasonable. It's definitely good for a 1-2 night stopover/getaway, especially if you are already around the Hat Yai area. I loved the early morning boat ride departing from a pier right at the property. Although early December wasn't necessary the most ideal time of year for it, the ride was still quite enjoyable. The resort's View Yor restaurant had really good thai food with moderate pricing, probably the best place for dinner within the 10km radius. As the resort guest, they gave us a 10% discount. Free breakfast was really good with with nice selection of southern and general thai dishes as well as some western style. The bads: At the time we booked the "Sri Naam (deluxe)" room, the picture showed the swimming pool suggesting that room was somehow associated with the pool. The room was actually located on the disjointed section of the resort and nowhere near the pool. I hope the resort management will correct this glaring mistake. Another bad was the extra 3rd bed in our room. I don't know if is was supposed to be there permanently of an oversight that it wasn't removed from the room after the previous guest. This extra bed took up a good area around the room. It blocked half of the opening from the room out to the balcony. It also took away the free spaces around the regular beds making it a hazzle to get in and out. If we were staying more than one night, I would have asked for the extra bed to be removed. In all, we are likely to return for a 1-2 night stay again, perhaps in a different month. The morning air was really fresh , and the view of the rising sun from the middle of the lake could be quite astonishing.

Beautiful holiday getaway that is not commercialised”
We booked 2 Standard Villas and 2 Double Deluxe Rooms for our group of 9 people. The resort is situated at a very scenic corner of Thale Noi lake overlooking giant fishing nets. The place is very tastefully designed to blend in with the natural surrounding. The buildings ,rooms are all made of wood and bamboo, with modern facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay here.Eventhough we had no transport to move around,we had a great time here as there was a beautiful infinity swimming pool, kayaking and the grounds were really lovely and well designed for us to laze around and while away the time. There is an inhouse restaurant View Yor with fantastic view of the lake. However the food served was just average. We were disappointed they did not have Fresh water prawns and even the very basic Red Tilapia fish. The servings of food was also very small but the staff here were so obliging to provided us shuttle services to a neighbouring restaurant.Great place for a holiday! We will come again!

Serene environment and 9km from Thale Noi”
Its a good place if you enjoy serene environment. You can have a good sunset view and enjoy dinner with live band in the resort restaurant. Food was nice and price is reasonable. Hotel breakfast is good as well. But It is quite some distance away from the famous lotus lake. It is fine if you have a car to travel.

Hidden gem in South Thailand”
A very beautiful resort amidst natural surroundings.Overlooking Thale Noi with giant fishing nets. The rooms, villas are thatch roofed with wood and bamboo structures.Very well designed but the planks on walk way are starting to rot in some places. They provide bicycles to move around and even shuttle services with a 3 wheeler and SUV.The staff even used their own cars to help send us to a neighbouring restaurant. We really appreciated that.Their buffet breakfast was varied. They had local food to cater to the locals and also Malaysian food and western fares. It was refreshing to try some local dishes. We had a great time at Sri Pak Pra resort. We plan to come again next year. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They made great efforts to attend to our needs.Kudos to their staff!

Good”
Felt very disappointed this time. Room not given the same as booked through website. As we booked 7 rooms, 4 rooms were given different place. We were asked to pay more THB 1,000/per room if we want to stay at this resort.

A Perfect Getaway from city stress”
Peaceful, quiet and calming. I wish I had spent a few more days here. Good place to just go for walks (the botanic garden/nature reserve is nearby) and of course you're right at the heart of all the action of this sleepy fishing village. Breakfast was largely Thai style and there were eggs and bread options. For dinner options, the restaurant serves excellent Thai food. Even if you didn't drive there, you can still do many things through walks or bicycles that are avalible at the resort.

Good hotel ”
We had a great time with this hotel. Food was great and local. It such a great time for relaxing and peaceful. In the evening the restaurant provide folk song during dinner it was amazing. Room was nice decoration but the bathroom was smelling and the water from bathroom leaking , we found a rubble stick might from the previous stay. And should provide more information about travel. However we were enjoyed stay in this property .
