Family Trip Overnight in Bangkok”

We had a really good experience staying at the SSIP Boutique Dhevej Bangkok. The price was really great for the high level of service. They were very helpful recommending a place for lunch. The food at breakfast was really good. The furnishings in the hallway and the rooms have been a bit more stylish as everything was a bit of a sterile white color. Location was good and close walking distance from the Ferry terminal but transportation around Bangkok is really bleak around rush hour and we had a tricky time getting to our evening show on-time and it isn't all that convenient to get to the Grand Palace Complex. Would certainly recommend staying here.

A welcoming family atmosphere”

I had never visited Bangkok before. Staying at SSIP Boutique Dhevej was a pleasant calm refuge to gather my bearings amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy city. The staff were always friendly, professional and attentive, making me feel welcome and at home. The food was delicious, and the accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. I would certainly choose to stay there again if I visited Bangkok, and I would also recommend SSIP Boutique Dhevej to friends.

This was my first stay at the SSIP Boutique Hotel and apart from some very minor issues this is a superb hotel to stay at. The staff get 10/10 and could not have been more friendly or helpful over the years ive stayed at a lot of hotel and this has to be one of the best for staff Location is excellent a 10 minute walk from the river ferry allowing you to travel easily around Bangkok and taxis past by the hotel all the time. I found the Taxis to be very reasonable indeed however i only metered ones. I found my room to be fairly large and well presented in a Thai style clean daily and overall excellent however there are no tea of coffee making facilities in the room but this is offer down stair free 24 hours a day so i did not see this as a issue. There was a safe despot box in room as well as a fridge and two bottle of water was offered also as complimentary. There are a fair number of good places to eat near to the hotel. i found only 2 very minor issues at this hotel

Delightful Details”

SSIP is a beautifully elegant establishment, with lovely, friendly staff. It combines the cleanliness and convenience of a new building with the charm and comfort of traditional design and decoration. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, and getting taxis from outside is no problem at all. Staff are very good at recommending places to eat, visit, etc. Breakfast is a real treat! For families, the age limit for children is over 8, so don't be put off by the "Adults Only". If we returned to Bangkok, we would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Great place, great stay”

I was refreshingly surprised to find SSIP and after reading the review, I can agree, it is truly remarkable. The level of service is astounding, and the cleanliness and value for money is exceptional. Not only were they kind enough to hold my bag for me when I was on tour in Myanmar, they had it waiting in my room when I returned. When I couldn't muster energy to head out for dinner, they sent up a snack and drink, completely complimentary and unprompted. I was late for breakfast (from the same jetlag) and they still had bread and the toaster waiting for me and encouraged me to "please eat". The food is a good mix of traditional Thai (delicious desserts!) and good old toast and jam! The space is clean, the bed is huge, the showers are free of bugs and have great water pressure, the TV even plays english movies, should you need to hide from the 37 degree heat in the afternoons! The hotel is a short ride from Khoa San road, but only 10 mintues in a tuk tuk or taxi for less than 60 Bhat. 100 Bhat will get you to MBK and Siam complex shopping. You are right around the corner from the Grand Palace. If you want peace and quiet, and exceptional personal service, this is the place to come to. In four visits to Bangkok I have never received this level of personal, warm, genuine welcome to the city and I will never stay anywhere other than here again.

A Gem in Bangkok”

We stayed for three nights at SSIP, a very cute boutique hotel in Bangkok, very close to the pier (10min walk). Only but was comming back from the center, after a tiring day you expect to go back quick and easy by taxi... but taxis refuse to turn the meter on and want to charge double. Be patient and wait for a honest taxi driver, or if you dont mind paying a bit more... try to bargain (they will ask you for 300BAHT no matter where, you tell them "last night by meter I pay 100, but Ill give you 150..."). Other than that this hotel is a hidden gem.

Incredible friendlyness of the staff”

We recommand SSIP boutique for many reason. First the hôtel is really calm and quiet, the room was really clean to. He is located perfectly not to far from khao san Road (7min walk) the grand palais (5min taxi) and chinatown (5 min taxi). The staff was very friendly and helpfull with everything we need. And they have the best breakfast in bangkok.

SSIP is a great place to stay. I would recommend this place as your first stay in Thailand since the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. You can ask the staff for ways to get around and recommendations for just about anything. They speak English, Chinese and Thai fluently. The breakfast was very yummy. It includes a very good portion. Well worth the price. The location is great since you are a short boat ride or taxi from all the major attractions near by. You can walk a minute and you will be next to a bunch of yummy street food. One of the best recommendation from SSIP is to use the purple Siam ATMs. We were told some of the other ATMs eats your debit card. TIP: most taxi drivers do not know where this place is if you tell them the hotel name. Show them the location on a map and show them the near by landmarks to help them locate. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing some earplugs. Roosters next door will help you start your day bright and early.

SSIP has a very warm ,considerate and beautiful hostess,and her employees are all very helpful and nice. We have 3-day excellent experiences there. SSIP prepared exquisite local breakfast for us(including Thai traditional desserts)and adjusted menu specially for us according to our request and.They also had good guidance to all the tourist attractions and called taxi for us.The location is also very convenient for surrounding sightseeing as it is 5 minutes' walk to No.5 ferry station. Strongly recommend SSIP to other tourists, you shouldn't miss it!

Boutique, personal service pluss character ”

It has been a pleasure staying at this boutique hotel and meeting Miss SSIP. Great company, great selection off food. I also would like to apologize again to the two young girls who are working at this hotel as I think I confused them. On our last day I sat down near the window and moved the number hanging on my chair not realizing it's actually was our room number which was also attached to our breakfast we ordered the day before. Initially I did not understand why the young girl felt upset. Miss SSIP explained that both girls don't speak English and both were illetured. She said she draws flowers for veggies and chicken or egg pictures to communicate with the girls. I thought it was very sweet of the girls trying to apologiese for my own silly action. This place have good location ，it's near by Khaosan Rd.you can take bus ，tuk tuk or taxi to get any place you want. warm service is a characterastic of SSIP hotel，kind-hearted staff ，yummy breakfast，delicate tableware and nice atmosphere .we live in hotel just like at home, I feeling so warm !

Excellent”

We were looking for somewhere away from all of the tourists and shopping with local stores and street food. SSIP did not disappoint, we found so much good, local food. It really gives Bangkok a different feeling to the other times ice visited. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only issues were that we could hear the other guests in the room next door and the hotel is quite difficult to find. Taxi drivers didn't know the place. We used Uber to and from the Airport which cost 380 baht

White marble floor was the first thing got my attention when I walk into hotel. How that clean and cold marble surface sucks all the heat through my barefoot. yep!! barefoot. I took my flip flop off on the entrance and left them there. Friendly staff. My room was at third floor up and i was greeted by elephant that was rolled up with bath towels. Attention to details. whole rooms seems to decorated with antique furnitures; pull out desk, porclain soap holder, lanterns and so on. I don't collect a antique but staying at SSIP make me think otherwise. It was very home-y. FYI, I don't think the furnitures are real antiques but it real doesn't matter. Ambience does. Very friendly staff and always helpful with smile.

A hidden gem in the city of smiles”

My experience with SSIP was indeed marvellous. All staffs were superbly helpful and went extra miles to help us with whatever problem we had. The hotel was located very near to Thewet pier. For those who wish to go around the city by boat, this place is simply perfect. Each boat trip is only 14 Baht. However, those who wish to go to the east side need to take a taxi. Remember to keep trying until you get a driver who goes by meter. Distance from the hotel to Siam Paragon area should be about 100 baht. The wonderful experience is still vivid. I will definitely go back to visit if there is a chance.

I'm stayed here around 5 days and the hotel staff provided me a very good service and best memory. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They give me a feel like back to home when the time I stayed there. Some more the staff will arranged the taxi for you to the airport without any additional charge. The breakfast here is very special and delicious (Local Thai Breakfast). The hotel environment is very relaxing and British Colombia feel. Hotel is very near Khaosan Road and can go there for night market shopping. Even go to city area also not that far.(By taxi roughly 10 to 15 min around 100 Thai bath). I will go back to stay if I travel to Bangkok again. Good Hotel, Good Service and Good Foods !!

Awesome cozy place away from the crazy tourist areas, great staff!”

First time in Bangkok and Thailand and this was our first 4 nights of our vacation. We arrived late, there was someone waiting just to greet us even though we were delayed one hour past our expected time of 12 AM. Loved breakfasts here. Rooms were cozy and simple but very clean and well maintained. Staff really shines at this location, they would welcome us at breakfast and then ask us about plans for the day (they have a book of trip ideas if you need help) and will assist you with local details and knowledge to make it a smooth trip. Since it was our first time in Bangkok, the cabs were eager to overcharge us, so the staff would even tell us how much we SHOULD be paying before getting in the cab. Only downside is that this is not close to a BTS station (much of Bangkok is not). It IS however, a 10 minute easy walk to pier 15 of the river express taxi service (cheap and great). Which is great for seeing temples and traveling to all spots by the river.

only one small scratch of SSIP is the location. It's not close to BTS station, even though you can't easily take a taxi from or to there. But Staffs were super friendly and Breakfast was fantastic, neat and elegant atmosphere. clean and cozy beds. All My friends who traveled with agree with me, personally i think i got more than i paid. Highly recommanded

lovely place to stay in BKK”

SSIP the owner of the hotel welcomed me and gave me good advices on what to explore in the surrounding area. Even an early check in at 10am was possible. The traditional style in this hotel is lovely also the coffee/ tea station which can be used 24 hours for free. Lovely place!
