Wonderful long staying experience during MCO”

First time stayed in the same hotel for 2 weeks. Due to MCO, I was stranded in Singapore as we were not able to go back to my hometown-JB. I checked in to ST Signature Tanjung Pagar on 17 Mar and since then, I continued my stay at ST Signature Tanjung Pagar till 30 Mar 2020 for their wonderful customer service. I am impressed by the responsive customer service from the host, housekeeper and the manager. They did their very best to serve their customers. Feedback and suggestions were taken seriously by the Hotel Manager. I communicated to the hotel manager regarding how she can enhance the personal hygiene at shared toilet when she came to solve my room wifi connection problem. I suggested to her that it will be better if we can have the hand sanitiser at the hair blowing area outside the shared toilets. The next days, 2 bottles of hand sanitisers are placed on level 2 & 3.

Staff at both ST Signature Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown are great. When I asked to control my aircon temperature, or asked for cleaning, and gave feedback on the washrooms, all these points were taken into account. I highly recommend the place for business travellers who are not overly fussy on having own washroom. Both locations are great for restaurants and holding meetings nearby. Yoga studios nearby also are an added plus.

With Dyson hairdryer on the 2 floor. The self check in is quite easy to use and convenient and dont need to worry about late check in time. You also use the website instructions to check out. You have to scan passport, enter credit card info for the deposit, which won’t be deducted from your account. You can also contact the staff through the pad on the entrance which responses in a short time. There’s a refrigerator and dining place as well on the 2 floor. The location is also convenient, about 5 mins walk from Tanjong Pagar. The shower is clean and the equipment feels comfortable. No smelly smell at all. The staff is also willing to help if you happen to meet them in person in the morning when they come to the place. Though the room is tiny, it actually provides everything I need, the slipper, bottled water, towel, hangers and nothing redundant. Please consider it when you are first time to Singapore. There are Korean restaurants open late, a nice fashion cafe opens early in the morning. Nice location enables various choices for your next day travel. ;)

almost perfect ”

I dont always write review but this hotel is really a great one. This newly built hotel located just near Chinatown and a 3 minutes walking distance to the Maxwell hawker centre. Both MRT stations near by (Tanjong Pagar & Telok Ayer) are also reachable within 5-10 minutes. Pros: new facilities/ nice air-con/ new LG TV/ stable hot water & water pressure ONLY ONE CON: Security issue. Room is locked with PIN which is fine, but the hotel common area basically is open to everyone even not hotel guest. Street stranger could walked into kitchen area and use the public toilet freely during nighttime. I found this a really problem and unconformable.

Great location, great amenities, friendly staffs and responsive host”

This is our first time with ST signature. Due to Msia lockdown, I came across this hotel at Agoda. The price is reasonable with free cancellation. We are grateful to meet one of the guest who guided us to do online self chat in when we reached the hotel. The host Annie is fast to get the room ready for us. She advised us our room assess code but I went to the wrong room. She came to meet me personally at cook lab and brought me to my room and conducted a simple quick tour on the hotel facilities. Thankful to Annie for her great customer oriented service.

Brand new facility, great experience. Online check in was easy, will need to provide card again for deposit. Room was clean, air con very cold. Shared facilities were great, rain shower + heated bidet toilet seat was a nice touch. Host staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic, Maxwell Hawker just 2 minutes walk away, 2 MRT stations about 10 min walk, Chinatown very close and MBS a short bus / Grab ride away. Laundry service - Best Wash down the street didn't have working driers so I went to Easy Wash at Tanjong Pagar plaza, 8 min walk away with lots of food options around. Would recommend to any solo travellers, very comfy stay!

Short and Simple”

Stayed in ST signature tanjong pagar for 1 week. Concept is shoebox. Very small and tiny rooms packed with a small table, single bed and lcd TV that only has internet. There is virtually no lobby or reception. Just a makeshift table and a staff seated there. I was disappointed with the loud speaking housekeeping staffs and because they housed many Malaysians who are stuck in Singapore, you can see the mess when they use the toilet and toilets. Like animals using the bathrooms. My neighbour room even smoked in the room that the smoked flow over into my room. Location is good nearby financial hub. Cleanliness is only so so due to laziness of staffs. Luckily there isn't any tourist or they will surely complain a lot about the behaviour of makeshift workers staying here. I haven't tried other outlets, but I wouldn't recommend Tanjong Pagar outlet for sure!

Unlike a lot of hotels that I've visited. I would say based on the pricing and the quality of the stay itself, this is by far the best I had experienced. Located in the heart of Central Singapore. ST Signature will always be the number 1 staycation choice for me.

Smart and Co living stay cation. ”

Pros:Room are small still acceptable for solo traveler , bed and pillow was comfy, love the coffee machine in the cook lab level 2. Cons: Toilet do not have water spraying host. Will be great if there was a bidet provided. Hair dryer was at level 2 bathroom area. Overall, it was a good stay. Will return if I need an accommodation or recommend to others. For the price this place is fantastic ”

I stayed in one of the standard single beds, no window, upper. Thks accommodation is very clean, incredibly well designed, and a really good option for a single traveller. There isn't much space, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic to chill in bed /work at the desk. It's really all you need! The individual ac in each room is amazing. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean and sufficient. I would recommend a lower bed if you have poor balance. I kind of found it fun to climb up the ledge to bed but admittedly this was a bit difficult after a few drinks. Only downsides - one morning the fire alarm went off (false alarm) and one evening the water on the showers went cold. Annoying things but not deal breaking. There was a minimal amount of construction during my stay but it didn't impact me (early Feb). Legitimately I think this might be the best value accommodation in Singapore. Normally I stay in hotels or Airbnbs but it was all very pricey here. I would definitely stay again.

Room with window is bad choice, limited shower per floor, p”

First the location is very good. You can either walk from China town MRT or Tanjong Pagar MRT less than 1km. The street near your stay is Korean and Japanese food area. Not far from Maxwell food court where you can find cheap meals. Critical parts here. 1) They operate the self check-in system. Only have staff to do the cleaning. 2) No access control of floor entry , just only your room via coded doorlock. 3) I choose room with window which is terrible. Next to your room is parking lot for motorcycle (mostly big bike!!). They donot provide earplugs in your room. Avoid this room type. 4)The bath room is very small. For men there are 2 shower room & 2 toilet which I think won't be enough if the room are fully booked.

This place is the best budget hotel I have stayed so far in Singapore. Nice, clean, welcoming environment, great staff who helped me in check-in, showing me the room, awesome attention in details: Dyson hairdryer, Japanese-style wooden bathroom with organic+ fair traded shampoo, comfortable pair of bedroom shoes etc. I feel so refreshed after staying couples of nights with them, literally just a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend to everyone who are looking for high standard of travel & stay experience, care a lot about the cleanness of toilet & bathroom, have all-rounded of coffee options.

Great location and modern facilities”

It's amazing how they managed to make your stay comfortable on 8 square meters. The shared area is well equipped, convenient and efficient. Staff is the best, great communication and they really help. Coffee machine (free cappuccinos!) is a big plus :) The only real minus I'd highlight is prices in Singapore.

dont get the room on the 1st floor that is facing the alley its super loud the rest of the place is cool. we paid about 50 $ usd which is a fair price anything more would seem expensive but it is singapore

Fancy, geeky, clean but need a human host presence”

Arrived at 23 , tired for the trip, start facing the reality that the check in is online: no real material receptionist at all. Just enter the password to have the wifi and start the check in procedure. It's take maybe 10 minutes or less; then like in a role game, start to find your room at 1 of the 3 floors and use teh key code to enter (7numbers) . I've keeped in touch with the virtual receptionist because something wasn't clear at all. Anyway after the first cold benvenue things went better. The hotel is pretty new, the cabins are cozy, even so small and without window (mine). For 33 euros a day what you expect in downtown's Singapore?

Luxury budget hotel for a short stay”

There are many capsule hotel available for a short stay in Singapore but this one provide you a proper room on a budget. Facilities are amazing given it's a budget hotel. It has a luxurious vibe as well. Recommended.

Although the place is quite a walk from the Tanjung Pagar mrt but for a quick 1 night stay for a rest , this place is decent

Stylish space efficient cabin modern hotel”

Modern style hotel with automated check in and nice styling. Room clean. I had the medium cabin with en-suite. The bed was comfortable with some small steps to climb to. Room is narrow and difficult to stretch out especially In the shower. It’s possible for anyone to get to the rooms from the ground floor so provision of a security code or something for guests only should be considered. Large rooftop area but bar area was closed, probably due to current circumstances. A trimmed down almost capsule hotel experience, I would stay again.

Great compact single room”

+Compact in size (just perfect for 1 person) +Clean bed sheet, they provide 2 pillows (which I liked best) +Room facilities: slippers, a safe, desk&chair, towels (they provide new towels for every day at request), and etc +enough and clean shared showers & toilets +kind staffs +easy and quick self-check in & check out -10+ min walk from mrt stations (but quite close to the china town) Would recommend to single travelers! I will definitely visit again!
