Location is opposite Komtar so within walking distance once immigration clears. Easy to collect key and access to unit as procedure given was clear by Keystone personnel via Watsapp. Communications with Keystone was prompt and polite. Room was clean and as expected from the photos listed. Will definitely come again and will recommend family and friends.

Always choose this hotel/residence due to walking distance from CIQ and malls! Grabfood and Grabcar is very easy to get as well. Spare some coins for laundromat if u need to clean those laundry after pool! Hotel will keep telling u they are just shareholder and do not have coins. Kids slide need to look into fixing as the pole to the slides are rusty and almost off the screws. Lots of work needs to be done at the pool could be wear and tear during covid without maintenance. Room is definitely excellent! Cozy and clean!

Pros: 1. Hassle free key card collection. 2. Fast response by property via email. 3. Huge and clean apartment. 4. Friendly staff and security. 5. Location is good. Right actoss Komtar which is right next to City Square mall. Cons: 1. Wifi cannot make it. Super lagging. Those driving, pls remember to collect the ticket instead of using T&G card so that u get discounted rate.

Good space for large family, beds are comfortable for a short stay. Kids enjoy the bathtub.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and is value for money. The apartment was generally cleaned but more can be done to improve it. The bedsheets, pillow case and towels had stains on them. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay (wifi included!).

Had a plesant stay and jist was very welcoming. Fast efficient checkin. Would be better if TV has more then 4 channels. Netflix would be fantastic.
