Cons: there was a weird scent probably coming from the cleaning materials used prior to occupying the room which caused me a headache. Scent was gone after few hours

Very friendly staff. We woke up in the afternoon expecting that free breakfast has already been forfeited but then they called to cofirm if we would still like the food to be served (Super late lunch). The housekeeping team were even kind enough to re-heat and deliver the food inside our room. Thank you. 👏👏👏

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and the hotel location is good. Only thing is the hot/cold water in the toilet is not functioning well. But overall value for money and staying is good.

Nice for family get-away 👍🏼”
Tho' the hotel was a little but far from Waterfront Road where the action is, it was clean, quiet, and a comfortable stay. One of our fav restos, Meat Plus, was just a few steps away. The people manning the Front desk were all ready with their friendly smiles & very accommodating. Even their hotel staff, from the guard to the pool lifeguard and bellhops were all courteous & friendly. Our request for a ground floor room which is very near the pool & entertainment area ( I have a pwd son) was readily accommodated & also our late check out request. The room for 4 was big enough, clean & comfortable bed, and good size toilet & bath. Thanks a lot! The downfall was their breakfast buffet. The choices were limited & not appetizing for my sons. The pancake was too thick & hard, fruits were soggy, processed meat were not cooked well & doesn't taste good. The saving grace was their cereals & bread station with butter & jams. Coffee brew which is my favorite was a bit bland, too. We were expecting Kapampangan favorites like tocino & longganisa on the breakfast menu. The pool was not as big as their ads, but it was clean which was a plus for us. Had a nice dip on our first day. Their complimentary WIFI is erratic & too weak. A bit useless for our 2nights stay. We opt to use our data during our entire stay. Overall, we had a nice & comfortable stay & a memorable family New Year. Will definitely consider this hotel again as one of our choices in our next trip to the area.

No elevator”
Lowlights: Just a bit sad because we have a senior citizen with us and our room was in 3rd floor.... no elevator or a lift for her convenience when going up or down. And same with previous reviews, no bidet or dipper available in both rooms. Highlights: The room was big and clean! We also enjoyed our breakfast buffet... And all staff were courteous! Good job!

However, there some unruly guests who were loitering the hallway who were noisy who dont bother if they are bothering sleeping guests early in the morning. There should be visible posts/ notices to avoid unnecessary noises at all times.

Good for family”
Recommended for family staycation. The place is quiet and big space for kids to roam around. The pool is not big but good and safe enough for kids to swim and adults as well. Room was spacious enough for 4 people the bathroom as well. The breakfast was buffet and has a wide choices of food to offer. Just hope they would install bidet on the toilet. Staff were extremely friendly always greets us and kind enough to attend to our requests. Will definitely come back here.
