Pros Location, staff, very clean place, authentic decore in your room,3 min walk to diniwid beach , acess to mamas fish house 1 min, 10 min walk to city mall, easy location to get transportation, quiet calm environment The 2 dogs and are so cute i loved there company, staff are helpful with any questions or concerns we had:) Cons The entrance to the hotel , sign is a little faded so kind of hard to locate at first, on a hill type location so hard to carry lots of luggae but is possible lol, also we had staff help us/ Breakfast starts at 8 to 10 i wish it could be earlier even 7am but still service is very good

Great little hotel ”
We really appreciated our stay here. Staff was wonderful and attentive, rooms were big and clean. Bed was the comfiest bed I have every slept in - no joke. Location is great - just a minute walk to the quiet and beautiful diniwid beach and 15 min walk along to beach to station 1. I would stay here again!

Quiet and Affordable”
We booked the spacious upper floor room with the veranda. The room had a kitchen too if you prefer to stay longer and eat in. It is near Diniwid beach which is more peaceful than station 1,2, or 3. The breakfast was included. Walking to the beach takes less then 3-5 minutes. City Mall is near where you can buy food.

Everything was perfect except for the WiFi”
On the bright side, the staff were cordial, the resident dogs, Jia and Winston were so adorable as if they melted my heart everytime they came near to me (rolling), and, of course, the breakfast was of good quality. On the flip side, the location was very far from the D'mall in which I had to walk for 45 min to get there. As a result, the hotel offered a tranquil and quiet place, close to nature where I literally heard the birds chirping during daytime, and insects during nighttime. One bad thing I will never forget is the WiFi. It didn't work well in my room (Room 104 or 103). I had to get out just to connect. Overall, it was great.

Staff has to up their game. ”
Decent room & quite new. They have 2 dogs, Winston & Cherry who's really friendly. Decent location. But missing on stuffs like dressing table, toiletry holders, wardrobe. No division for shower & toilet. Not even a shower curtain. Expect a puddle after every shower. AC didn't work for the whole stay. Leaking, not cooling. We were told AC Tech will come around but no one actually came till the day we checked out. Was offered to move into a smaller room but has a better AC which I refused. I say it is not smart to book rooms w/ balcony. It is directly facing the sun, big rooms w/ small AC = FAIL. It just doesn't get cold enough as per the staff. Was offered a fan while waiting for AC Tech. Safety box didn't work initially, low in bat. Was given a key for it which I lost. Was charged 2k PHP for it. I refused to pay whole amount as it's not just my fault. Had they made sure that the safe is working after each & every guest check out none of this would of happened. Ended up paying 1k.

Charm and Warmth in Diniwid Beach”
We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Boracay but wanted to be away from the craziness of White Beach. I chanced upon Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel and decided to give it a shot. Diniwid Beach provided the best atmosphere for relaxation and Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel tied in very well with the whole chill mood of the area. The rooms of the hotel are spacious with over-sized beds and pocket gardens that added to the relaxing feel of the place. The hotel staff in Sulu Sea were extremely attentive and warm. I am impressed by how they tried their best to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. I also tried to book their airport pick up/transfers at the last minute and they happily accommodated my request even if it was only a day before our arrival in Boracay. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the names of the staff at the reception but those 2 ladies were really amazing and helpful. I really can't say anything bad about Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel. I'm really glad that I gave this quaint place a chance. I think I'll be staying in Diniwid Beach again the next time I am in Boracay and most likely I will also be staying in Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel as well.

Quiet side of Boracay”
The staff are accomodating at Sulu Sea Boutique hotel. I needed to print a one page document and they welcomed me to use one of their computers and printers at no extra cost. In addition, breakfast is serve fresh i.e you order and then they cook it unlike some hotels that serve breakfast to you that has been reheated. I just wish they serve a wide range of breakfast however it is understandable that they have limited choices for there are only 8 rooms to serve. Although they do not serve lunch or dinner, they can order delivery for you and you have a choice of eating it in your room or at their dining area. The rooms are very new, spacious and clean. I hope that they will maintain the level of cleaniness for these rooms. Only disappointment is that they charge you for their bottles of mineral water however you can just purchase a big bottle of 4litres of mineral water at around 72pesos at one of the stores along Diniwid Road. Take note that you have to pay 100pesos per way for a tricycad (tuk tuk) ride to the main beach if you hire one them that is parked near the hotel. This is considered as a charter service. If you want to save (esp if you are not a group),keep walking along Diniwid Road till you find a tricycad that is charging regular fare approximately 10-15pesos per person. Or another option is to walk through the beach at the edge of Diniwid beach that connects to Station One -However I discourage this if it is the monsoon season as the waves can be huge and dangerous. This place is best for people who will not have problems walking as there are some steep and uneven areas to walk through before reaching the hotel.Take note that the hotel is not connected directly to Diniwid road.There's a shortcut through a private area that will be open in the morning and close at around 8-9pm. If you arrive late, you have to walk through a common path that leads to Diniwid beach and a sign board will point to the main entrance of the hotel. Bring a torch light.

Outstanding Hotel with Excellent Service”
What can I say. My fiancé and I booked a last minute 2 day break to Boracay over Christmas and we stumbled across this gem of a hotel. They say that Boracay is a commercialised shadow of its former self, however, Diniwid Beach is far from this. Situated around the corner from Station 1, Sulu Sea Hotel has to be the best hotel for the price they are charging. Don't expect perfection, however, the rooms are big, clean, comfortable, modern and the service is fantastic.

I had an excellent Stay at Sulu Sea Boutique Hotel, during my vacation. Its a new hotel, all kind of accommodation has a good quality equipment and everything included, This Hotel has a great necessary facilities like air-condition, Good internet condition, safety box, big flat screen tv with HD Cable, the towels is clean, the laundry service its good,Very Friendly Staff and polite, good service, the room was big, spacious,comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.The sunset at the rooftop was amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel, its always a pleasure to come back...

Newly Opened Hotel / Satisfy Guest”
I enjoyed my stay...The price is affordable,The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice hotel”
We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. They have a big room. You can use room service for breakfast. Even though hotel is little bit far from D-mall, you can enjoy in this hotel. It takes 30 minutes by walking. You can enjoy Diniwid beach. Everything is good. Just this hotel is not in beach so you couldnt see view of beach. But i totally recommand this hotel. If u like cozy and slient hotel, Sulu sea hotel can be best choice.

Excellent boutique hotel! ”
It is the best hotel in Boracay Diniwid. In a minute walk to private Diniwid beach and the hotel offers a quiet, healing experience with the sounds of nature. And it’s easy to go to the citymall or white beach on walk. Hotel rooms are much larger than other Boracay hotels, and they have better conditions than you can see in the pictures! Very soft bed made me relax. And wifi worked well in the room. Staff was always nice and kind. They made nice breakfast every morning. If I go to Boracay next time, I will visit you again! Good value for money”
This Hotel is located one Diniwid beach, which is more quiet than the other beaches on Boracay, still you will find some bars and restaurants, and some lovely beach place to hang out day and night. The Hotel itself is very confortable. The rooms are big, some with a nice garden or terrace. There is also a roof terrace for everyone, where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea. The tidy rooms have aircon, a big TV, and Wifi is Ok. Only a wardrobe is missing. The staff is very friendly and supportive.
