Small but Decent Hotel”

the hotel room is quite small, but the room we checked into was clean. we managed to request for a transfer to the newly renovated sun inns d'mind 2 (just at the opposing end of the building). the location is located in seri kembangan (universiti putra malaysia), which is some distance away from kuala lumpur city centre. recommended only if you have business to run in the area. the only disadvantage is the lack of parking space, as we the hotel is a converted shoplot. based on the rate we paid, it is a relatively decent budget hotel.

The sun inns D'Mind hotel is really nice to stay. The service also so polite. All the price Agoda give is so cheap and trusted web to book online. can earned points also for those who booking hotels online. The location of hotels is perfect, near to shopping complex, KTM Komuter, shop,and etc. Nice service from agoda and the hotel staff.

Yes & No to recommend”

Yes to recommend in a way that the hotel is REALLY VALUE FOR MONEY to those who seek a decent place to spend for short nights. Near with KTM Serdang Station, convenient shops, restaurants and even near to The Mines Seri Kembangan!! Not to recommend in a way that the cleanliness and the room appearance is horrendous due to the aging process of the building as I was inform by the staff that the hotel is about 13years ols.

Best staff at sun inn d mind 3”

On my arrival on 31 Oct 2019at 7pm was really a busy day .the room that i book was really not expected.the whole team of front desk was very professional and friendly at dmind 3 very helpful they are the hotel gems really a great job manage to transfer my booking to sun inn dmind2. Get expected room was very happy and will recomend to friends and will return to stay again.

so sorry but will not recommend to stay here. might be better if you choose sun inns d'mind 3 since the receptionist is there. i make a mistake by choosing sun inns d'mind 1 because the receptionist is only available at d'mind 3. i was travelling alone and nobody is staying at d'mind 1. the hotel should be close.

Perfect choice”

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Most important is you get free breakfast the next morning and it's still very cheap. Keep up the good works sun inns!

Comfortable”

Good location, right next to mamak, nearby convenience stores and ktm serdang. For check-in, need to go to the receptionist at D'Mind 3 which is located in the same block, but few units away. Very friendly staff. Deposit required RM20. The room is a bit small but comfortable. The bathroom is ok, shower gel is provided. For other toiletries, you can buy the amenity kit at the receptionist at RM4. Overall, it is comfortable and good value for money.

Average”

+ Near ktm, restaurants, and convenient store + Nice staff - There are 3 sun inns hotel located at the same road but you can only check in only at one of them which is you don't know which one. - TV in my room only have 2 channels. Suitable for travelers who want to stay at budget hotel.

great location but small rooms”

we had a 4 day seminar at palace of golden horses. the schedule was a bit tight (9 am - 12 am) so we decided not spend so much on luxurious hotel since we can't really enjoy the facilities provided. so we decided to stay at sun inns d'mind since its quite near to pogh, cheaper and suit our purpose.

Lovely hotel and well maintained”

I was staying here during business trip to Cyberjaya office. The hotel is really well maintained and the staffs are nice people. The hotel room are very clean and air conditioning works fine. House keeping are very consistent and did a great job. You will need the receptionist to open the security door before u can go up. Remember to pay parking fees with coins in the machine during weekdays. Public holidays/weekends are free.

Comfortable room and toilets with affordable price. Highly recommended if you want to have a short vacation. Easy to access to any area since it's located near Serdang KTM station. Definitely will come back for this hotel 👍

Comfortable and value for money”

This is the second time I spend a night here. The best thing of this hotel is cleanliness! Its room is small but compact with hotel's basic facilities. The air conditioner is working well and make me feel comfortable. The bed is great. Not so hard or soft for better sleeping experience. I will choose and stay at this hotel again.

I had a lovely experience staying in this hotel. The staffs were very nice and friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel is very near to a restaurant and a train station so it was very convenient for me to travel everywhere from here. The facilities provided are good for a hotel that has long operated. I will definitely come here again.

Value For Money”

Nothing to compared. Its a 3 star hotel no need to expect more. The most immportant is comfortable and suit for short or long vacay. Even its a budget hotel, they are providing water dispenser hot/cold and iron for each floor. Very secure place using a access card and passcode to entering the building. I'll plan for my next week trip to be in here. See you guys. 😘😘

Can do better”

The room is small but I do not mind. Everything is functioning fine. Good for the price I've paid. Its affordable and reasonable. It has two mirrors and I like it given that there are 2 girls traveling this time. But if the it's difficult to charge your device. It took almost all night to get my phone fully charge which is ridiculous. The aircon is working barely. It doesn't give enough cool to breath. Its suffocating. Its actually good that they have additional electric fan and it helped. Bathroom is quite big enough for a very small room. location wise, its too far from the City. But you can ride a train its just accross the hotel.

hotel is nice, location is very suitable for traveling , KTM, bus service and grab , easily can be accessible. staff is quite friendly and room is good based on price. recommended for short visits.....

On par in every way.”

To be honest, this hotel is on par among the cheapest hotel that I ever stayed. You can't expect for a 5star hotel as you pay cheap, right. It is ok in every way. From the room, the toilet, the facilities. It the there as you need. To those who bring car, good luck to find a parking for yourself. Better use MYCAR etc to go to this hotel.
