sunrise private spa suite is a modern contemporary style accommodation located in the heart of Koh Samui. It is one of the most precious area with the peaceful and serene surrounding which suitable for perfect residence. A truly exclusive lifestyle for family who love modern living in peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in Koh Samui.

Our Sunrise Spa Suite is located on the second level and offers an incredible view of the morning sun. This suite is completely private and features a jacuzzi in the living room, away from prying eyes, and faces the sea through a five-meter-high glass wall for the perfect view of the sunrise. The Sunrise Spa Suite offers its own sunken spa, surrounded by a cooling pond with reflection. The open bedroom itself is located above the first level on the mezzanine level, which is located above the living room and offers a view of the sunrise and the view of the radiant water from the jacuzzi.

Do not put toilet paper or sanitary items in the toilet or additional fees will be charged 2000 thb. The free transfer on arrival is for guests arriving at the Airport or Bangrak Pier (reserved for reservations over one day) - Please turn off the air-conditioning when leaving the room, and take the key. - only you are responsible for your belongings. - We will provide one set of access card and key. Replacement fee for the loss of a key or access card is 500 Thai baht. We offer you a menu of restaurants in the area where you can order and receive service up to the villa. Please return all remotes to their place at the end of your stay. The place must be returned in the same condition that have been received without damage to items or furniture that also includes missing items, if damage was caused to the villa and/or items we’re missing a payment will be charged in accordance. Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of 8000 THB is required on arrival for each unit. This will be collected as a cash payment. You will be given the deposit upon check-out considering that no damage was caused. Wunderschönes Appartment mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr modern! ”

Raanan und seine Frau sind sehr hilfreich und sind immer erreichbar. Ein Roller wird für die Unterkunft benötigt, da der Anstieg zu Fuss doch anstrengend ist. Über Ranaan haben wir abet schnell und unkompliziert eins bekommen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder!

วิลลาหลังใหญ่สองชั้น อยู่บนเนิน มองเห็นวิวทะเล มีอ่างจากุชชี่อยู่ตรงกลางบ้าน ออกแบบมาได้สวย ประโยชน์ใช้สอยครบทุกฟังก์ชั่น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เจ้าของบริการดี แต่ต้องเช่ารถนะ ไม่งั้นออกไปไหนยากหน่อย ติอย่างเดียว ต้องรีบ check out ตั้งแต่ 11.00 น. ถ้ามีโอกาสก็จะไปพักอีกนะ แต่รอบหน้าคงต้องเช่ารถยนต์ มอไซค์ลำบากเวลาขึ้นเขา และไกลจากท่าเรือหน้าทอนมาก
