Recommended place to stay ”
the place is very good to stay if you intended to go around the places of interest. Dont expect full facilities as this place is not meant for those who want a staycation. Very accommodating staff, clean and peaceful place, WIFI is good while you do your browsing and planning for the next day (we even watched on Netflix while resting).

Convenient inn near the airport ”
We just needed a place near the airport for a morning flight. The inn provides a free airport shuttle for the quick 5-minute trip. Everyone in the staff was very helpful and accommodating, even letting me store some food i bought in the kitchen freezer. The room is small and simple, but clean and comfortable. There’s a nice open-air lounge by the garden if you don’t want to be cooped up in the room. Breakfast is limited, but tasty enough. A bit far from the tourist areas and good restaurants, but the staff will help you hail public transport to get around.

Great stay and value for money . . .”
We really enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of rooms to choose from. Each room has two double beds. If you would like to cook your food, they have utensils ready for use.

overall we really enjoyed our stay. it' s very ideal for groups. staffs were very accommodating and helpful. getting a ride going to eats though was a bit of a challenge. a point less for facilities too ad there were drips from the A/C going inside to the room.

I liked the staff they were very helpful, also I drove and got a parking space, expensive I thought for the days I stayed but convienient. The room although small but adequate but it was just to sleep and get washed as i spent the days out.

Went Back Because I Like The People”
The staff are more than helpful. You are left to your own divises but can get assistance from the staff. You can self cater using their utensils or there are retaurants which can be a little distance but they are now doing chinese meals that you can order and have it brought to the Villa. This is new and was not available when I last stayed here. It is family orientated but if you want to travel with children and don't have a car then depends on the age of children wether you take a trike or not.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got a good deal because of the complimentary free breakfast, the free transport to the airport, as well as the location. We had some issues with the room like the wet floor in the morning which was accorsingly because of the aircon and there was no tv in the room, but except for that, we really love the place.

We got the very last room (the staff said). Wifi not working, the biggest problem. And all inside the room very very old. But ok, we booked very late (2 hours before the arrival), Then you cant expect more. We will go there again but with earlier booking.

Modest and nice, with problems”
Location was convenient near the airport north of Dumaguete City. We were able easily to catch tricycle transportation to downtown. My wife didn't like the ants in the room. The hot water system was out of fuel. The staff struggled with tweaking the shower handle, unsuccessfully. Nothing worked until the owner came by on day #2, and he replaced the fuel tank. The staff should have known to do this. Breakfast was modest, but OK. It was nice to have access to two stove areas for cooking for a small user's fee.

The apartment is a bit far from main road but not an issue for us since we brought a car. But for commuters I would not recommend unless if you love walking :) The place is nice and we love the free water in every lobby but the only downside is the free breakfast. Upon check in we are not informed that breakfast is only until 9 30am because the normal breakfast for hotels are offered until 10am.. Staff needs more training because the place has a potential. Thank you!

Could have been worse”
The first time I stayed here about a year ago, I was fairly impressed as the rooms were clean and functional and service was actually not bad. The place is near (very near) the airport so thats a plus. The room they gave me was okay except for the bathroom. I was expecting hot/cold shower but no, i got only cold water. The faucet on the sink also was damaged. Breakfast was another story. Mine came with one but no, the “front desk” person didnt even offer me one and just kept on yapping on his phone in the kitchen area. Yes, he saw me as the kitchen is an open one just next to the front desk. Hospitality is not his business.

We stayed here for 2 days, arrangement for breakfast and van did not go as planned. They were short staffed during our stay and cleanliness of the room and sheets are not good. The management should have ensured that the guests will be well assissted even if there is a planned shutdown the following week.

The location was a bit far out ”
The ‘executive lounge’ did not have the big communal tv working nor any music, so it always lacked any atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very simple and one of the four options for breakie was out of stock. The location was a bit far from everything, so trouble getting trikes to go there in the evening.

Bad service”
Unfriendly and not focused. There were no contents of the shampoo dispensers and liquid soap. A male employee did not give us even after asking for it . He just began his dinner , after a long wait just saw him only with his cellphone and said forgot about it. The driver who would drive the free shuttle to airport was from free day and could not come early am, so they paid for a tricycle ride. Location far from city, not good for sightseeing.

Pricy no internet ”
Male staff told co-worker when I asked forever breakfast: They don’t have breakfast; Asking for Christmas presents, telling me that I am rich. A big dog 🐕 runs around the dining hall, going to the table when we were eating 3 times, also at the kitchen when I heated up our food. Told the workers to take the dog out but did not do it. I have Allergy on animals/Dogs. Found dogs 🐕 hair on top of the table. No internet most of the time, TV is not working.

The WORST”
I booked for a airport transfer, no one came to pick us up and wont even agreed to drive us to the airport on our return flight. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
