Very strategic location, very near the toll exit. The owner was really helpful and friendly! House is very big and exceptional, all room are very spacious and there&#39;s toilet in every room. also got karaoke system and outdoor bbq grill.. really suitable for big family or friends reunion😁

There is 3 broken aircond which is at the living room, 5 single bed room and queen bed room, we need to suffering of warm temperatures to celebrate our Christmas, some of my friends have to force to go back their own home to sleep. The aircond seem like no service and no maintenance. Was a bad night for us. Hopefully can get some responses for you all.

Everything! 1. Spacious villa in guarded community. 2. The kids sure love the pool. Spacious. Do bring your kids float. Its 4m, but you can request if you want less water. 3. Muslim friendly. You can cook and use all kitchen utensil without any doubt. 4. Bbq pit. Yay no need to bring, just use theirs. 5. Plenty room. Request for extra mattress if you need it. 6. Wifi. Super fast. 7. My kids love the fish in the pond in front the main door😂. 8. The mango tree in front the villa. Overall its a nice stay. Dear owner, add more mattress please. And thanks for the great hospitality, dear owner. Easy to deal.
