Recently opened hotel. Rooms are clean and new. Friendly staff. Equipped with a nice gym and pool. What was a bit disappointing was that only limited shops and eateries in the area are operational at the time of visit.

My room was really new because I could see renovation dust around. Room is of good size for big families. The sofa bed can fit another 2 person. Access to Big Box mall was the best part. Hopefully more shops will open soon and make this hotel the next best location after Puteri Harbour for Legoland visitors.

Hotel in a Mall”
Any looking for a sleepover location during their Legoland trip could opt for this hotel. Standard room is acceptable in size came with super king bed, and another sofa bed next to it. Kids are welcome. Easy to get food from plenty restaurants and coffee shops within the mall. There are supermarket, cinema, kids play area, big bookstore and spa within the mall. Taxi/grab to Legoland is around MYR9 and will take less than 10 mins.

Quiet and clean”
the hotel is relatively new, so the room is great in my opinion with all the basic necessitates in good condition. The hotel is also going "green", providing bottles for you to top up at a water fountain thats free for you to top up your bottles. to be particular, the location is far from JB city, but its definitely a up and coming bustling area in my opinion.

First of all, I would like to commend the Concierge and Security staff. They are the reason why I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Check in was seamless even though we were late and the security staff assisted to secure a parking spot for us. Secondly, the hotel room was exceptionally clean and spacious for the cheap price that Agoda offered. The shopping mall is located within the hotel which makes is very convenient for us. The only issue is getting a Grab from the hotel as the location is still considered isolated from the city centre. However, that wouldn't be an issue if you are driving or riding.

room cleanliness not good, bed and pillow still have hair, chairs got stain. After bath the bathroom drainage not good, the whole bathroom will flood.

Lovely Stay ”
We had the most amazing time at Sunway Big Box Hotel. Thanks to Ms. Vivienne Cheah for her superb customer service. We were even allowed to check out late. The staff at the pool bar were great too. We enjoyed our quiet dinner by the poolside. Best to go on a Friday to see the live band. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is near to "Lego world "and there are activities near by to the Hotel like Adventure sports , Shopping Mall, Restaurants .. I stayed in a Deluxe room it was spacious and clean
