Appreciate silent hour after *11pm*. - Please ensure that do not disturb neighbours after 11pm, by reducing the volume of noise. The Management will take action if they received complaints from security guard or neighbourhoods during the silent hour; Save the Earth. - Guests are advised to switch off the lights etc. water tap and other electricity when you leave; Preserve the cleanliness of the house. - A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged if the house is too dirty to clean; - We do not provide cleaning services on kitchen, please wash the utensil after use; - All items provides is ONLY to be used within the house; . No shoes inside the bedroom; . Strictly no illegal or dangerous activities in the house; . No drugs and weapons; . No "DURIAN" at the premises; . No Breakfast provided; . No Daily cleaning provided, cleaning do after check out. (Please inform us if you needs) . No assignment or subletting without consent of the owner; . Two (2) towels will be provided; . Guests are advised to keep all your valuable belongings safe during the stay. Infahome is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged of guests’ valuable belongings; Please ensure all of your belongings are with you before checked out. Infahome is NOT responsible for any item left after checked out. Please call us immediately if your discover item left, we will try to assist to locate the lost item; . If Guests lose or do not return their keys or cards, a replacement fees of RM200 will be imposed; Extra charges may incur and we reserve the right without prior notice, to forfeit deposit (if any). Simply get down to 12th floor at the laundry room, there is one self-service laundry available at a reasonable rate.
