Location was most practical for my trip's purposes, not knowing the Phoenix area at all. Olivia at check-in was a pleasure! Very welcoming, & helpful.. Although the weather was too cold for me, a few younger people seemed to really enjoy the pool & hot tub - and because my room was right above the bathing "courtyard," I saw that It appeared to be well-maintained, daily (I'm guessing that's much easier to do when no one's swimming, though)..

Price was resonable but went cheap hotels.com for the discount. Also when made the reservation I was aware of 30.00 deposit luckly I had extra for that but I was aware of that she it would be return when I checked out but has not been credited to my account. I looking in few days see if it was.

Sometimes you can get a decent room here, but it's more luck than anything. It mostly run down, but some rooms are ok.

very bad bed (worn out, we were lying on the springs), bad noise isolation from outside and other rooms, everything dirty and sticky, including floor, bad smell, every cloth had bad smell next day, noises from running water in the next rooms from shower and toilet (bad plumbing). even if cheap compared to other motels: too expensive.

Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. The low rates attract transients and the location is awful. You will get a clean bed and a shower, though.

When you just drive up, you already know what kind of hotel this is. It is what it is.

It's old”

If you need a shower and bed, it'll do. It's rundown, and the typical clientele are transients. This motel will enjoy a slight seasonal bump from the cold and desperate, but it will always be close to the bottom of the heap. It's just too old, and in a depressed area.

HORRIBLE”

Reservation said check in available at 2pm - arrived at 2:45pm and front desk stated that they were running late and we would have to check back later to see 'if' any room would be available!! Finally was able to check in around 7pm. No working ice, soda or vending machines. Excessive drug use and activity in plain sight regardless of 'security'. If I had had ANY choice I would NOT have stayed here and will never return to it!!!

this place is a mass people sleep on the stairs the office can but don't do anything about it there's people smoking pills the outside look nasty the pool nasty the room was ok they have some rooms with mold and they have like 5 different people running this place there only there for the money and random people knock on your door through out the night

Worn fixtures, unimproved doors and walls, no door security latch - I had to push a big dresser up to the door. Y las cucarachas. No bueno.

The first room the entire window was broken. The second room you literally had to kick the door to open it, the fridge leaked and there was no TV. I told the front desk and they were very rude. No discount or anything.
