We couldn't find a hotel during spring break and ended up staying here one night. It cost us way more than the room was worth, like $100 more. The pictures they post online are not accurate at all. The bed was uneven and the pillows were horrible. I felt dirty staying there so I got no sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The motel is behind a broken electronic gate, towels were dirty and looked like goodwill rejects. Went out and bought a blanket because I was scared to touch the bed linens. The bed spread had holes in it. Super 8 is a giant company and because it is in the ghetto they let it rot

The front desk was not at all accommodating knowing that they are giving service to travelers (who might be stressed, tired, anxious, etc.). Asked for help or assistance with something several times during my stay but I was told she didn't know anything about it without giving any suggestion. Other than that, my stay was good.

Certain staff were rude and at times judgmental. The room floor was dirty as well as bathroom. Sheets were yellow and mattress had stains on them. The Phoenix police were there consistently there. The guest next door were loud and had different people going in and out all night and early morning. Call front desk, no answer and when informed staff nothing was done about complaint and there was no follow-up on my complaint.
