Room a bit small, but big enough for us. Excellent service even if staff doesn't speak much English, there are free spa organic products, different type of pillow, super clean, 5 min distance from jr train station, breakfast has many variations, great free coffee.

I felt satisfied with my one night stay t here. This hotel is really close to Fuji station. Today they served an all you can eat breakfast and I paid it for a reasonable price. The room was not wide but it's not a big issue for me. I think all rooms have double deck bed.s The lower is double and the higher one is single. You can put some of your stuffs on the single one. Te price is still reasonable now because of the automatic discount applied from GO TO TRAVEL CAMPAIGN and the voucher you get upon check in.

Clean Place, Exceptional Staff”
I came to visit Mount Fuji, but was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel just next to the train station. Everything is clean, well set out, and organized. Great room for the price. But for me, the highlight was the staff. My Japanese is horrific, and I needed to figure out getting to Fuji, leaving some luggage, and picking up some extra stuff for the trip. The young woman at the front desk spent over half an hour with me during a lull, explaining everything I needed to know via a tedious game of pass the iPad, during which she never once seemed frustrated or annoyed. She took a huge chunk of her time to help me, and did so with a politeness and consideration I could only describe as exemplary.

Launch point for Mt. Fuji Fujinomiya trail”
We used the station as a base for hiking Mt Fuji. It was a nice location across from the Fuji Station but otherwise quiet part of town. The rooms are small, as expected, but clean. Breakfast was good and they provide the ladies with a selection of bath products upon check-in. Overall, a nice stay. I'd return if in the area again looking for a good value hotel.

A nice hotel to stay near Mt. Fuji”
This hotel is super close to a station so you don’t worry in case you wanna go around. Please be reminded that Fuji-shi is not Gotemba, and the landscape is not too good since there are some factories around. However, if you want a simple, clean hotel to sleep and keep your bags while you explore Mt. Fuji region by train, it’s recommended. The place is also near a few Izakaya and ramen shop which are rlly good for my taste. The breakfast is nice, there’s also vending machine and laundry too.

格安プランでしたが良かったです。 チェックイン時のフロント女性の対応も丁寧だし、翌朝の朝食会場の受付女性の対応も丁寧で、コロナ禍のアルコール消毒もこまめに使用済みの各テーブルを清拭されていました。 温泉が無い事が近隣の同ホテルと違う様ですが、お風呂は重視していないので充分です。 コンビニがすぐ近くにない事は他の口コミで分かっていたし、駐車場も6台分だけあり、事前の電話予約で確保していたので問題なしでした。 あえて改善をお願いしたいとすれば、真っ暗にしないで寝る習慣があるので、部屋での就寝時に、寝明かりが確保できる様に、調光照明を１灯でもつけてくれると嬉しいです。点灯状態ではどの照明も明るすぎるので、仕方なく、お風呂場の照明を点灯させて、間接照明の様にして寝ました。 サービス面を中心に満足です。
