this hotel i really suprise because if we looks like basic hotel not same with 5 star or 4 star when i get this room, first thing have bathtub. so amazing i like it for breakfast also quite nice and good tq swan hotel 😁

Good Hotel to Stay”

Convenient with a lot of surrounding shops and cafe. Nice and clean hotel. Back-packers single room (really good & spacious room) + TV + GST only for RM60 with bathroom outside just very near to your room. Nice wide bathroom area. Rooms are price affordable and with Agoda you will have a better discount more. Walking distance 5 min to Starbuck, McD, Subway, Burger King, Tesco, Today's Market, Regency Specialist Hospital and etc.

The best budget hotel for me”

Stay for one night. The room was awesome. Clean, smell nice, not smelly carpet, everything was good in the room. Had to check in late hence called the hotel and they were very friendly, during checked in they were very helpful. Recommend this to people who want hotel for sleep. Me n friends had an awesome sleep hence we missed out the breakfast hahahaha.... Surely will come again....

Courteous staff & strategic location => good stay at Pasir Gudang”

I requested for an early check-in as I arrived by 11 am and to my delight, the hotel staff made the needed arrangement and I was in my room within 15 mins. Apart from that, the hotel is right in the middle of various businesses (from retail, to restaurants and even cinema). Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget stay nearby Pasir Gudang

Nice hotel”

The area the hotel is in is quite difficult to get to from the main highway. Advise to locate with google map and be prepared to ask directions if new to Pasir Gudang. The hotel is clean and they have spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Reception is very helpful. Park your car in front of the hotel for security. Breakfast is quite alright and do have some choices. Will stay again when in that area.

Frequent Traveler”

The breakfast provided is good as usual. The room is comfortable and clean. The noise insulation is very bad especially on Friday night where there is a night market next to the hotel. But luckily the noise doesn't last till late night.

No complaints ”

I travelled with my husband and stayed for a night. Very clean hotel. Staffs were polite too. Located about half an hour from the city centre. Overall, pleasant stay with clean rooms and very basic breakfast .

Clean, comfortable hotel at a great price.”

We loved our stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 5:00 a.m. to get to the airport, so we did not get to try the breakfast buffet. We asked the front desk to get us a taxi for our early morning ride to the airport. They sent a blue cab which costs double. I think they should ask which kind of taxi we would like, as we didn't think to request a budget taxi. Other than that, everything was great.

Noisy Location Due to Daily Night Market”

The room is nice and clean, the mattress is comfortable. Our room has a slight 'vacuum smell' but still tolerable. However, we are extremely upset when we found out that our room is right next to of a night market, opened daily, complete with karaoke session that goes on and on until 1:30am. Did not want to change room because we have unpacked and really need to wake up early the next day. If you still want to stay in this hotel please request for rooms that are further away from the night market area.

Business trip”

- One of my favourite place to stay if I have business trip in Pasir Gudang. The main attraction was the amenities surrounded. - Nothing special to highlight about this hotel but as far as I stayed there I was happy with them.

Nice, roomy and comfortable hotel”

This hotel is located at a good place. The services are good, and the staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast is tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel is located close to Pasir Gudang and convenient for those going there. The disadvantage is the nearby pubs which are loud and noisy.

Excellent”

This is my second visit. First visit given a smoking room due to walk in. Second visit book thru Agoda, given a non-smoking room. The room is spacious and clean. However, the noise from the main road is intolerable even with window close tightly. The complimentary breakfast is good as usual especially the Omelette. Will come again but surely will request a non smoking quiet room.

Needs some tweaking”

Facilities are pretty updated. The atmosphere in the lobby and bistro are pretty nice, and so are the hallways. Elevator works well. Hope that it's a short walk to your room, because some of he hallways are stifling hot. The room was comfortable with a nice view, considering the location. It was bright, and the furnishings were comfortable. The dealbreaker for us was the air-conditioning. It took more than an hour to get the room to the point where were were not sweating, and we live in SE Asia. Like most rooms in Malaysia, the aircon doesn't come on until you put your door key in the receptacle next to the door. It was a cloudy day, so I imagine it would take even longer to get the room to a comfortable temperature on a hot, sunny day. The bathroom was clean and had good working fixtures, good water flow in the shower, and acceptable temperature control. Walls in the bedroom definitely need to be be painted, as there were scuffs and marks all over. Breakfast was limited, but good. If the price was about $10 or RM40-50 lower, I'd say this was a good deal. But not at the cost we paid $48.61 for a king suite with breakfast. The clerk at the front desk tried to get the WiFi working, but we were never able to log on.

we stay at this hotel for bussiness trip. clean and modern room. lcd tv but not many chanel available. anyway, we can spend our time at nearby restaurant and pub.

Much Cheaper from Agoda”

This hotel is over priced unless you book from Agoda, sometime can get 50%. With this rate it is reasonable, breakfast provided.

Value for Money”

Strategic location in Masai. Many restaurants nearby.
