Clean and decent hotel. Walking distance to JB town. However, there was a miscommunication between the staff on if or not I could park my motorcycle at the front of the hotel - that soured my experience abit.

Ok but much room for improvement”
Main issue is facilities - the room has a smell (can’t open window to air the room too), water flows slowly down the sink, loud noises from drainage system and thin walls. Furthermore, was given a twin beds room citing full occupancy despite me booking a queen bed room. Breakfast was ok, tasty but limited options.

Big space, so so food, good service, clean room. Except pillows. W musky smell. And 2 big pimples the next day. Inflammation. Omg. Lucky no bed bugs.

Poor Soundproofing ”
It's a basic hotel, good for business traveller or those who stay for short term. However the Soundproofing is really bad - I was awaken by the sound of door slamming and my neighbour returning to their room past midnight. Needless to say I didn't have a good night sleep. Luckily I brought an earplug otherwise it would be even more nightmarish.

It was not holiday inn at all , looks to be more of a covid quarantine centre Hotel room was not having proper wardrobe, and no place to keep stuff They provided open place to hang clothes No ac in the lobby area feels so suffocating No vegetarian options in breakfast even though we told one day before Can not compare it with holiday inn , its just using its name it looks
