All is good

Bed cleanliness problem ”

The furniture quality are good, but one thing will be the bed cleanliness. After sleeping on the bed, me and my partner are having itchness at different parts of our body, not sure is bed bugs or what, super itchyy!

Overall is okay but the toilet cleanliness is a bit poor.

Staff attire”

Not much complains about the hotel other than a large stagnant pool of water constantly in our bathroom though no obvious water leakage. Called room service & they said will fix the next day but unfortunately no action until we asked to move to another room. Secondly, one of their male staff looks unprofessional where top few buttons of his shirt were left open. You will not aware he is part of the staff unless you stayed few days & keep seeing him around. Perhaps staff should be given proper attire / uniform.

The room size is stated as 1507ft sq in the booking page but in actual fact, with a queen bed, a small table & a clothe rack, there is hardly any room to move around. A TV with no remote control & Wifi that couldn't connect to. Even with low price, I will not recommend to anybody

Rooms are spacious & furniture/bath is great at a good location, but I think they need to get experienced housekeeping staffs. After changing "two" rooms 'twice", we still encountered dirt & leftover rubbish from previous occupiers. The room smelled musky, mouldy & has some bugs sticking to wall, curtains & on bed. Braced thru the night as we rushed to KL for a funeral & we were all too tired to bother.

I stayed there during fasting month,so i bought some food for my ‘sahur’, and my food are surrounded by cockroaches.. the floor never been clean..bed sheets seems never been changed..not recommended at all..
