Fabulous ”
Checked in here for last night in India after five weeks travelling, moved from original location a night early as it was so bad where we were, and oh wow, so glad we did ! Wonderful welcome, great room on 4th floor, nice views. Spacious, modern decor, huge shower, complimentary toiletries, office area and sitting area. Restaurant on 8th floor served fresh and varied menu, wine available too. Roof top pool and lounge area a little small, but most guests out sightseeing so no one up there! All staff very attentive and obviously customer care is high on their list - fabulous stay and only ten mins in rickshaw to airport.

Excellent hotel, clean and safe ”
The hotel is located in a really nice area. Rooms are really neat and clean and very well done. Very comfortable. Bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. You have body wash and shampoo but no moisturizer provided. Restaurant food is amazing and decor is lovely but food is priced extremely high. I think food prices should be lowered a little bit! The reception has a library and it's very cute and very well done. Staff is courteous and well behaved. Restaurant staff are also very well behaved and attentive. I have only good things to say about T24, loved the place and would definitely go back. I recommend this place to everyone.

Hotel amenities and location was very good only thing we didnt liked”
Only thing we dont like was even after informing that we are a couple then too they gave us 2 separate single beds which was combined and made 1 double bed so whenever we use to sleep one of us use to go inside the bed as little pressure also separates the double bed

Was a pleasant stay, the staff at the desk was helpful. Clean rooms and maintained well. Beautifully done toast restaurant on the roof top which gives a pleasant view of the surroundings . Food was good, enjoyed it. The restaurant staff in particular was very courteous and helpful. Hope to visit again and hope you guys will carry out the same hospitality and will maintain it well in future

Good location a few mins away to the local outlet stores, less than 10 mins away from the airport and 2 mins away from the nearest metro station, it is tucked away from the main road and surprisingly quiet, only issues were lack of tv channels (most channels needed a subscription!) Water was cold during the afternoon - all doors slammed shut really hard so when your neighbours are going in and out its very noisy - staff were attentive, service in the toast restaurant was good as well - however rooms were good and clean and as shown in pics, pool was small bit nice and very clean! will def be coming back

From the check-in staff to the house keeping staff to the restaurant staff, everyone is polite, helpful and friendly. The room size is quite decent, the restaurant also has a nice spread of breakfast and tastes good.
