One room with comfortable queen bed and sofa bed outside. Aircond works very well we slept soundly at night. Would be lovely if the owner add a rug/carpet in the living room. This place smells very new you can feel the paintings dust whenever you breathe. We had some hickups when trying to check in took us more than 30 minutes because there's one key missing. Glad it's finally done.

The direction and guideline to the unit was misleading. Have to transfer deposit of RM100 prior to obtain the key The toilet has mould The room decoration was outdated. Need to invest to make the room look better.

Very dusty and not properly cleaned”
Overall, what you see is not what you get. Its very dusty everywhere and floors are sticky. Plus point is the netflix and space. Other than that, not worth to stay especially if you have kids since its dirty!

Good Stay But Something Can Be Improved”
The swimming pool have many broken tiles. Not really safe as visitors might get injured. Also bring mosquito repellent when u stay here. Good check in experience. With clear instruction. Overall, good stay for family with young children.

Everything inside the unit is great. Except broken leg of their sofa bed. Luckily i didnt sit on that. Also, expect thin walls. on the day i stayed, there’s some irresponsible guest upstairs celebrating someting until 3am and i couldnt get any sleep. They sounds terribly loud. I hope the room upstairs is not under the same management. Or else there should be some instruction provided upon check in, for guests to keep it down after certain sleeping hour.
