Nice resorts in Prachinburi”

Prachinburi is not much of a touristic place. Most of the guests are Thai and Japanese business travelers. There are also day trip offering at the front desk with reasonable price including the city tour, water rafting (Prachinburi is famous for its water rafting activity at the national park) as well as the trip to Cambodia. The resorts is located near the industrial area but the hotel provide a very good atmosphere and I did feel like I'm on vacation. The hotel including the room is old but in a good maintenance and very clean. The breakfast buffet is OK serving Thai, Japanese and western style breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful but I don't think most of them can speak English. I don't know if they can speak Japanese as their main customers tend to be Japanese. With the price I've paid, I'm satisfied with the hotel.

I had Wonderful Weekend. I think it's a good choice if someone would like to Pranchinburi. I would like to recommend you to stay at Tawaravadee Resort.

Great Resort Getaway”

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. The resort is situated on a large piece of land which offers plenty of amenities such as a gym, golf driving range, conference facilities, outdoor pool. There are also walking or jogging trails that surround a peaceful lake on the property. The service and staff at the hotel provided an exceptional experience from the time we arrived until the time we checked out. If you are looking for a great weekend escape that is only a short two hour drive from Bangkok, this resort should be on the top of your list!!!

the best hotel in the area”

this was the best hotel in the area and we booked it since we were passing through prachinburi for the night. we were not disappointed by the facilities and room amenities but the price is a little on the high side especially considering it is in a fairly non-central location.

Poor location for my purpose”

My stay was very pleasant. The only problem was that I had wanted to stay in or very near the city of Prachinburi. I avoided hotels listed as some distance from the city, and was influenced by a previous reviewer who said it was 10 minutes from the station. In fact it was a 45 minute taxi ride from Prachinburi, and extremely inconvenient for me.

Would definitely stay again”

A very pleasant stay - clean, well maintained, excellent rooms & facilities. Sun-loungers could do with some attention but this should not detract from the overall excellent quality & value for money of the resort. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in this region.

Another quality serene place for a great escape”

Overall a good value for money spent. The hotel territory is quite big for so many activities, however, the common ones like the swimming pool is a bit too small. On the day we went, there were many families inside and so we didn't really want to use it because it was way too crowded. It is very much suitable for company events like meeting, summit conference, or even summer camp, however, there's also a nice area for a chance of serenity as well. If you are a couple travellers like us, I strongly recommend renting the deluxe with the lake view. That's the best location for so-called some more tranquil. Highly recommend for only travellers who drive, if for foreigners I recommend to have a solid plan on how to get a taxi or other kinds of transportations because you will struggle to find nearby dining places. The breakfast is decent enough with a variation of American breakfast and Thai's.

Beautiful Resort ”

Nice friendly staff, plenty to do within the resort. Nice clean rooms. Only downside would be the hotel WIFI is very poor.

Exceptional”

Far and away the best hotel in this area. Everything including breakfast buffet was excellent. Only problem was with hot water running out in shower after about a minute or so. Great staff and facility.

Excellent Thavarawadee Colonial ”

I have been staying here so many time, there was a lot of improved for BW hotels brand. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room service meal was so delicious, fitness so great for morning exercise and peaceful of the atmosphere. The only thing that the Breakfast was not going varieties for main Thai food, however American course still remains great! Would recommend this wonderful hotel to another and definitely come back again soon!

Best value for money I've ever seen”

Scored a room for 1000 baht, and it literally felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Location is good if you're looking to stay in the industrial area, if not, you're in the middle of nowhere. Swimming pool is nice, great facilities with a gym, pool table, golf, tennis court, basket ball court. Breakfast was good. Across from the hotel is the plaza with a huge market and plenty of japanese izakaya. I'll be back!

To be fair I have to mention it was very cheap but u rather pay a triple price and have more luxury. I have never been to Prachinburi so I thought it would have been nice to see it so I decided to visit it with my girlfriend (we are both Thai). I searched for the hotels with most stars and nicest pictures in this province and this came up with nice reviews so I tought I found the right place. However it soon became to my understanding this was not the case. The pictures was retouched very much, I even ended up taking own pictures from the same spots and compare it and I felt a bit cheated. Anyway I tried to remind my self I payed a bargain price and it was only for one night... The breakfast was a bit of a joke and the pool well far from my standard... Our pool at our condo was hundred items better. The buildings and recreation around the hotel was like a facelift gone wrong. At the first glance it looks so so but when you start to look deeper in to things you start to see more clearly all the flaws. If you don't have any expectations and if your fine with budget hotels this might be the place for you but what I wonder a lot about is how it ended up with 4 stars ?! This is a 2.5 star hotel or at max 3 if it would have been that I wouldn't have felt so bad about this.. I understand it's oriented more for locals but seriously the rating has gone to far from what it's worth! The walls had probably been made with some cheap material because you can hear all the sound from the hallways and neighbour rooms. No minibar, no toothbrush or toothpaste oh and the mattres is very low causality. Price was cheap so it compensate but 4 stars.. NEVER!!!

Tawaravadee Resort, Prachinburi”

Hotel is located near the small lake, has very nice design from outisde, small waterfall, swimming pool. Rooms are rather modest but clean and spacious. TV somewhat obsolete with only few English channels. Breakfast ok, diner was very good with wide selection of local dishes. Staff very polite and friendly. Waitresses in the restaurant look better than most of flight attendants. Plenty of space around the hotel to walk or jog. Hotel can even organize a trip to Cambodia if you wish.

Good resort to relax. Very clean comfortable. traditional architecture , excellent rooms, loverly parks with large lake side walks good exercise facilities - large pool,exercise rooms, golf, tennis, and very good internet WiFi. helpful staff. Good access( 30km) to the Korat escarpment forests. I will stay again.

Very comfortable”

The Hotel was very good. But only the smells of urinate or some sort of smells which annoyed me. Not in the room but outside. In the parking lot, garden and walk way... The hotel really has a lot of activities for you and your family. But sadly didn't have time enough to try all...

Exceptional”

Beautiful hotel, grounds and swimming pool. It's it in the middle of nowhere, so quite inexpensive. The same hotel in a major tourist area would cost at least 3 times as much. Across the street behind the strip mall, every evening a market and beer garden gets set up. I quite liked the atmosphere there. Everyone was very friendly. It reminded me of Thailand 20 years ago.
