A 5 stars Budget Hotel, Hidden gem in Tebrau area.”

I booked a night stay with complimentary dinner and breakfast for just $58. The room is generally small but with everything. The snacks and soft drink in the fridge is free. The bathroom design is awesome, the same as shown in the pictures. What really surprise us is the complimentary dinner. It was a fine dining experience with starter, appetizer, good quality main courses to choose from (Salmon, Pasta, Lamb and Chicken) and the dessert. The breakfast was good also but it was not the buffet style and it serves from 730am to 230pm. It is a must try experience! The location is a bit off but doesn't matter if you are driving. The Ardens Hotel will be my top list whenever I need to stay in Tebrau area!

Decent pricing for family room”

Me and my family enjoy my stay in Arden. The place is located in Mount Austin area. Will need transport to travel to places such as Aeon Tebrau etc. The family room consist of two rooms which have 2 bathroom and 2 queen size bed. The hotel security staff will help to look out for your car and assist you to place the car park coupon.

Working Staycation”

Work and play hard is quite possible here as Tebrau Aeon Mall + Senai International Airport are just a short Grab Ride away. The Ardens afforded a relaxing place to chill after an assignment in the city. Window-less and thin-walled room was a little set-back but bearable for two nights. Breakfast was generous esp with the tasty garlic toasts, scrambled eggs washed down with piping hot americano. Please provide more variety for vegetarian guest. Good location away from the hustle + bustle coupled with value for money.

short stay hotel”

well furnished rooms. i love the bathroom. suitable for short time stays. however need transportation to get to the hotel. there is a few restaurant surround the hotel. there is cafe at hotel lobby. hopefully the cafe can provide free breakfast for the hotel stayers. overall is fine for me. good job Ardens.

I personally love the design of the hotel, it gives you that relaxed & cozy feeling. The bed and pillows is super comfortable. The toilet is super clean and very well maintained for 36 months since the hotel opened for business. Excellent location 7 minutes drive to Aeon Tebrau. The location is brightly lighted on the streets. Safe and secured for hotel guests as there is a car night watch staff at the hotel entrance for anyone coming in and out of the hotel. Front reception is operated 24 hours daily.

Great hotel to stay in! ”

Stayed at The Ardens Hotel for a night and was delighted with the room. The service that the staff provided was really good too. Breakfast/Brunch was served up till 2.30pm which was great for those who wants to sleep in. The food served was really nice. The only issue is with the location and the surrounding.

A Hidden Gem”

Beautiful boutique hotel with a shabby chic decor and excellent service staff that were friendly and attentive. The Luxe room we had came with a queen bed that was comfortable and a gorgeous bathroom worthy of any instagramer ! The water pressure was extremely commendable and provided a good hot shower. Bathrobes and basic bath amenities were provided. Aircon worked well and the room was clean and tidy though small. Breakfast not provided but there is a little lovely decored cafe in the lobby that served western fusion ( ?) food which looked well presented and appetizing. It’s location is a little out of the way though and is not easily accessible without car/uber/grab/taxi. But still there a some food stalls within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again especially if I am shopping in the area. Aeon Tebrau, Tesco and Ikea are all only less than 5-10mins away from the hotel by car.

An excellent away from the crowd”

The hotel is very new and we had a great stayover. I got the Family (Queen + Twin) room (it is actually 2 rooms that share a common door). WiFi was very fast and reliable. Free parking was a bonus too! The hotel is quite far for anyone thinking of shopping and food but if you drive, Tebrau City is just 5 mins away.

Hidden Gem in Austin”

The hotel is clean and nicely renovated. At night will look a lil dodgy (dark) as there is no shops opening around them. Austin has a lot of restaurants so no problem finding food around (if you are driving). The Hotel breakfast is unique so do book with breakfast for short stay just to try it out.

Come n stay in this hotel if you drive”

The Ardens is a year plus but kudos to the team, maintaining it really clean and comfortable. Much consideration was put into the design of the room. We took the Luxe King which came with a big bathroom, rain shower and bath tub. The water pressure is really good, downside : no shower cap and sanitary bag. Would be good to consider putting a bubble bath foam in Luxe King room only since only 2 of these rooms come with bath tubs. The complimentary items in the fridge deserves thumbs up. The bed linen are soft and so are the towels. Though the location is out of eatery areas, it was v convenient if you drive cos' the hotel is a mere 5 min drive away from many eatery places. The fact that the main door is electronically locked makes customers feel secure n there is security guard on duty. Our family was also fascinated by the minimalist design. Keep it up...staff of The Ardens.

Excellent Service”

This is my second time staying in this hotel and I found it excellent, in terms of customer service and its cleanliness. The Ardens Hotel is definitely my choice of stay place in my future visit to JB.

All ‘best’ especially breakfast. The only cons is the room that stated in agoda differs from the room at the hotel itself. You guys (agoda vs ardens) need to clear things out as it create confusion to guest. anyway thanks Fyda to help akak !

Good night’s rest”

A restful night’s sleep here after a full day of meeting at Tebrau Kangkar and Skudai. Its vicinity in a neighbourhood of f&b eateries especially at Aeon City Mall was really convenient vide a Grab ride. Some limited choice of vegetarian restaurants located within Austin Perdana but yet to check out all. Room No 206 was rather quiet even though facing a side lane and the windows afforded some natural lighting and ventilation. No adverse experience as the premise was more than adequate for an overnight stay. The property is about half an hour’s ride to Senai International Airport.

Worth the money”

A little far from town, travelling from City Square Mall took about 30 minutes drive through the EDL. Closest mall is Aeon Tebrau and the Tesco Supermarket. Breakfast at The Stag. From 730 to 230. Limited menu but classy. Staff was friendly. Security guarding vehicles 24hours. Wi-fi in the Luxe Room wasn't that good. Unable to view videos through the net. But nonetheless, the stay was pleasant. Wonderful time spend especially in the Luxe Room.

Clean room, helpful staff and located away from the Austin area”

Stayed here for a night, was satisfied with the level of service rendered by the staff (counter and room service). Staff were helpful and able to converse in English (which is important), rooms were clean and odourless (another plus point) and the interior lobby was actually very classy. Location is on the quiet outskirt of Taman Austin, so traveling without a car or bike can be tricky but otherwise no complain during my short tenure here. Beds can improved with a frame instead of 2 stacked mattresses, and pillow wasn't entirely the most comfortable though bearable for a 9 hours sleep.

Great Hidden Gem”

Great stay in JB. Hotel totally underrated, it should worth at least 3 stars and above. Room was clean, with most accessories of a 4 star hotel. Totally my kind of hotel in JB for a short getaway. Keep it up Ardens Hotel!!!

Fairly new hotel ”

Located in the quieter area of Mount Austin, this place can be quite deserted at night. On the bright side, the hotel is quiet and since it’s fairly new, everything was clean and tidy.

Clean and Convenient”

Value for money. Convenient location. Less than 2km to Jusco Tebrau City. Do not expect too much like nice view for windows room as there is no much view. Most importantly comfortable for a good night sleep. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back again.

cozy room”

Convenient and quiet location and nearby Aeon Tebrau. We took king suites which is came with bathtub, is transparent glass but can cover with the curtain. Comfortable room, nice decorations, complimentary drinking water, soybean, coke and some snack foods was given inside the fridge. Breakfast is pretty well done by a young guy, thumb up for him. Only one bad is the room sound proof need to improve.
