If you want hassle free accomodation, look no further. We felt that the room were musty and moldy, but when we highlighted the issue to the owner, he straight away apologized and upgraded our room to the biggest one available! They called maintenance to fix the mold issue right away--very prompt

The building looks like dormitory”
Many local & foreign workers are staying there. Owner provided outdoor parking which is nice, the walkway to first world plaza also ok but less convenience when raining. We worried on the security when the half naked workers (full tattoo) smoking at balcony while looking at us. The lift and staircase make us thinking of horror movie. At the end, we have decided to leave at night without stay overnight. Actually it's perfect place to stay (especially for concert) if you come in a group instead of one person / couples.

Good Location - Some Deficiencies”
The room was basically as advertised although the "kitchen area" served some 8-10 rooms and only really consisted of a hot/cold water dispenser, some mugs and a generous supply of tea coffee and biscuits. The room itself was clean and tidy but very sparse. No location for using a laptop, just a bed and side tables. The shower/ toliet area was clean and fine with a good supply of hot water. While the rooms were clean and tidy and the common areas generally well decorated, the entire apartment block itself was a little dingy For a traveller who does not speak Chinese or Malay the programs available on the TV were extremely limited. No international news in English such as BBC CNN. On rainy and cold days, there were issues in my room with condensation on the inside of the windows which saturated the floor - no problems on sunny or warm days. The location was excellent within easy walking distance 3-5 mins of the Casino complex. The taxi office was just 2 minutes away from the apartment.

Cozy & Clean Room”
Room is cozy and clean. The unit is newly renovated. Walking distance to First World Plaza, take about 5 minutes. There are many snack and biscuit in the pantry. There are no hanger to hang clothes in the room. Maybe because no wardrobe. The lift is old, there are no light on the button you press. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.
