Love it ! Especially the bed ! ”
I love the service staff waiting for us before we arrive the apartment and bring us up to the unit. Parking is very secured with friendly security guard who actually waved us goodbye before we left on the last day! Room is very clean, bed is Super comfortable until I love sleeping on the bed so much! Free coffee, biscuit, hot/cold water at the kitchen area outside. It’s actually an apartment with shared kitchen and many different rooms inside. The design is very modern situated in an old building. Location is very near to resort hotel. Only problem is the shower head is spoiled and the water spraying all around, suggest owner to change the shower head. We just stay 2 night so we don’t really find it very big problem and the lift is very old. I will be back again for sure when I’m going to Genting next trip.

Second stay at TheArtzRoom homestay & once again the stay was wonderful. Checked in and out by very helpful, pleasant reception staff. All staff were very nice & helpful. Room was comfortable and nice.

Gem in a hideout”
This is truely a Gem hidden in an old apartment building! How I wish the owner can gather all the residents to reconstruct the entire apartment to not just serve the holiday goers but also to better serve the local community as during my stay I realised there were alot of stuff staying in this rental apartment. From a driver that ferry me there, this is the oldest apartment in Genting highland! Fantastic redesign and refurbishing of the property, looking forward to my holiday when I bring my family over. Cheers Mr Tan and staff for making the stay an exceptionally good one.

Thid is our very first visit. I dont mind coming again. Or recommending others. Here is my feedback on Room 98: 1. Very cozy 2. Very clean 3. Toilet flooded during bath. Room 88(next room which my daughter was staying) 1. Thanks for the room instead of an extra bed. 2. Toilet bowl was not cleaned. She had to clean herself. 3. There was a mosquito in the room. Location I drove and had a very hard time locating the place. Suggest a signboard be placed along the road,and at the junction before the Fire Station. Actually, if newcomers ask, just tell them it is the building opposite the Fire Station will be good enough. Lastly may I know when and how i can get the refund for 7 June 2019? I will be visiting Genting again on 10-12 July but if i have to collect it then maybe i can come again this month. THANKS for the good service and stay.

Booked this place last minute, and was glad to be able to book it since the location is just within walking distance to First World Avenue. The exterior facade looks old and nothing to shout about. But the interior design is superb especially as you enter the apartment. There were 10 rooms altogether in this apartment unit. Was glad to be able to book it just a day before our travel.

Location: Walking-distance to the city centre and attractions Building: Very old Room: Big unit apartment with a few rooms inside. Sharing pantry and common area. Very nice design and clean. Some rooms with window, some not. Please check. Staff: Jason was helpful, housekeeping staff were very polite. Toilet: Clean, nice, hot-water working perfectly, toothbrush and toiletries provided. Towels too. Parking: Provided.

We were expecting too much”
The description of the room i booked failed to mention that it was an interior room in an apartment with no windows, felt very claustrophobic. Room was very small i had to do my prayer on the bed. Stff was helpful waiting for me at guardhouse and showing the parking, and way up to the room. Facilities was fine with pantry, although we did need to iron some clothes but there was none available. Location is top notch, apartment building looks very run down from outside and the lift was scary but the room itself was very nice with comfy bed.

Very blur info . I could not get in touch with the pic and did not know where is the place until very last minute. Could not find the lobby and did not know who should I get the key from. I was asking around and it was raining and cold. Finally a Blangadesh guard helped me.The apartment is very old,lift is bad . Luckily the house is new and renovated, room is clean. But the rain water keep leaking in from the window...I had to wipe it all the time...Anyway I have a nice sleep and really cold here.

Worse experience staying home stay 1. Staff delayed in passing key. Been passed to few persons before able to get key into room 2. No window. Air is stagnant and moist in the room. No proper aeration 3. Cockroaches in the room 4. Small fans on table are full of dust….. Not recommended at all
