North Mumbai”

I was visiting a friend at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay at Powai, so the location of the Beatle was excellent, being close by. However it is not a good location for visiting the city at South Mumbai as the traffic is clogged.

A pleasant stay”

The stay at the ruby suite of the hotel was very comfortable. Staff were prompt in their service, a bit rushed perhaps at times. Had the breakfast buffet which was quite decent except for some of the breads which were on the firmer side. The location is great with the central business area being a short ten minute walk away.

Fine for business”

No problems at all with my stay. Excellent restaurant, and close to a shopping and restaurant precinct for those idle minutes to get out of the hotel.

Very nice hotel in a nice location”

It is a boutique hotel in a nice location. The only thing to avoid is to avoid the top (3rd) floor as they have a gym above the floor.

This hotel is owned, managed and run by idiots. Can you imagine a full floor of rooms ruined by a gym on top. Tge ac dont work, the room.size is very small and 3rd floor rooms are through and a part of a banquet.Food quality , quantity is bad and service lousy. ONLY SEND YOUR ENEMY TO THIS HOTEL

Wannabe boutique, dilapidated and unkempt”

This could be such a nice hotel, and probably was a few years ago. Unfortunately it looks like it has been neglected. Broken furniture, unwashed curtains, dirty carpets, crusty peeling wallpaper. Overall not worth the money, real shame to let that potential go to waste for lack of basic maintenance and cleaning, especially in a great location with consistently high demand for rooms.

The rooms were very neat and clean except for water clogging which was also addressed by the plumber but took a couple of tries. Else the property location and the stay was absolutely comfortable. Not to forget, their food at the restaurant was even more amazing. Kudos to the Chef and they had very prompt service at all levels. Over all was a great stay.

POOR QUALITY & SERVICE”

This was my 4 th time stay, faced poorest service. I booked for a larger bed - I got 2 single beds connected Toilet water was stagnating after bath - took 30 min for a plumber to clear it ( that didn't had courtesy to change the room) Booked for the non-smoking room - I was also provided a still non-smoking room that was stingy. could have provided better service, at least for the regular customers. No floor mat - need to call & request

Stayed here for one night. The place is located in Powai but it looks deserted and cheap motel like. When you walk in you are welcomed by a deserted reception with no one to carry your luggage just a rude reception staff which will tell you what is not allowed in the hotel nothing else. Then you will be given a key to find your room and carry your luggage on your own. The room is ok but quite small. They will provide you with one pouch of coffee one pouch of sugar and you can make two cups of coffee with it. They don't allow outside food. The windows don't open. Now coming to the check out process, it was as bad as the check in. The staff outright refuses you the bill if you have made a booking from Agoda. They say we don't provide bill for anything you can download it online. Overall it's one of the worst hotels at this price point. There are many better places nearby.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They also upped our room without asking them to. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Flexibility on dates”

After staying for a period of 5 days i had requested for an early check out as I had to travel because of an emergency the hotel was not ready to honor the same even after agreeing to pay minimal retention amount

Perfect Stay ”

I was staying at The Beatle for a business training which was their banquet itself. The stay was perfect, good food, good service. There was no issues in the facility of the hotel. Will 100% recommend. There are some nearby amazing Lounges and Clubs you can visit with friends for some Good times too.

Acceptable”

The staff was insulting and argumentative. They called many times during the night and disturbed me.
