A pleasant oasis.”

Well designed, new, modern and comfortable rooms, Comfy beds, clean linen, good towels. Very quiet outside as the hotel is surrounded by fields, however the maids clattering about and dragging furniture around was disturbing in the morning, perhaps attach some felt pads to the furniture legs. Shower water pressure was just OK, could be improved. TV would benefit from some more English and movie channels. Location suited me as I had a car, but a bit out of the way for the town if you have no transport. Good well lit off street car parking. Complimentary drinks tray could have included some tea bags for non coffee drinkers. The pool looked inviting but I had no time for it. Very good value for money on the late booking rate I received. I enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my regular trips to Krabi Town. My negative comments are intended to be constructive, and could easily be resolved I believe, and then the hotel would be perfect for the category, for mobile visitors.

Awesome hotel & staff !”

We stayed here 2 nights recently. We met the friendly owners of the hotel, the staff and the owners are really helpful, they helped us booking our adventure in Krabi for island tour & helped reserving our stay at Samet Nangshe...we are so greatful of their kindness. The kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was nice & simple, yet fulfilling. As we drive our own car, parking spaces are ample & safe within hotel compound. We will definitely come back to The Chill :)

Great Hotel”

Very nice and clean hotel. Everything well maintenance. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. A bit far from town, but you can rent a bike just 10min drive. Definitely will come back again. Thank you The Chill @Krabi for the warm welcome for our 3-nights stay.

If anyone visits Krabi the chill is the place to stay. Super clean, serviced minded & friendly staffs, convenient and comfortable and on top of that affordable price. We stayed in the pool accessible room and it was really nice.

The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast was normal but good enough for us. Staffs were very friendly and polite. I'll definetly stay here again if I'm back to Krabi.

Nice and clean small hotel”

Clean and nice hotel with peaceful surroundings. It's hotel, but hostel type. Locqtion is little bit far from everything. Nice little pool with separated area for kids. Friendly staff. Hotel is quite new, so taxi drivers didn't the place and had some difficulties to find there. Hotel offers transportation to Krabi town for 50 bht. Breakfast was light, almost poor. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was ok. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our Time at The Chill.

My 3rd stay in this new hotel, very well appointed, very comfortable beds, clean, pleanty of power sockets and bedside light switches, quiet green surroundings,reasonably good wi-fi, good on site parking. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Suggestion- Breakfast could be improved upon with a choice of unsweetened fresh fruit juices, brown bread option, fresh tropical fruits and the plated breakfast cooked fresh (particularly the eggs), and fresh milk for beverages. Otherwise everything was good. Very good value with the regular promotions. Swimming pool looks inviting but never had the time to indulge on our busy shopping / business visits.

The hotel is very new, everything is clean and comfortable. the staff is very nice and helpful, but their english is poor. the breakfast is not a buffet and you get to choose only the type of breakfast. which for us wasn't good enough (no milk for the coffee), also the hotel's restaurant has a small menu and considering the location of the hotel there are not many options within short walking distance too. the main problem we had is the safety of the hotel for kids, the area around the pool and the room floor are very slippery. we have been in many hotels by now with the kids and we never felt so anxious about their safety.

Great Hotel, Very helpful staff & Good value for money ”

We celebrated our anniversary here and we really enjoyed it. All the staff are superb! Very helpful and always smiling. The hotel management gave us a great service. They gave us the perfect room and with the good view. We loved the swimming pool. The resort looks very clean and nice oriented. We will surely come back here and we'll recommend it to our family and friends.

to ao nang beach you have to travel by taxi (500 baht) or rent a scooter at the hotel. we had no electric plug in the bathroom. service bery kind and nice . rooms are clean. i can recomend this hotel

Would not stay again.”

Pros: bed ok, semi close to airport, low price, free shuttle to town (but it doesnt run often) Cons: walls were paper thin so you can hear everything, breakfast was not edible, restaurant was very hot, no milk for coffee, location is very remote so you can't walk to anything...I ordered a taxi to take me 2km and they charged 200 bhat and it ended up being a staff member taking their own vehicle which seemed odd. Why not just take The Chill shuttle? I know it was really inexpensive but still not worth it compared to other options.

Nice and Friendly ”

The hotel staffs are very friendly. It was a birthday vacation for my bf and they wonderfully prepared a small surprise for my bf. The hotel is new and clean. Keep it up. Will definitely stay again next time.

Location is not very convenient ”

Only one shuttle a day to the krabi town. If you’re not driving by yourself, it’s not convenient. But if you are driving, it basically acceptable with this price if u don’t require too much facilities.

If you rent a car or motorbike the hotel is very nice (because of the location, it is far from everywhere ). The room was very modern and nice. The stuff was very helpful. The Pool ist not big but ok.
