Friendly staff”

Good location. Nearby eatery within walking distance. Rooms are spacious. Requested simple deco for my daughter’s birthday and they accommodate to our request. Also provided a slice of birthday cake. Appreciate that! We booked two premium rooms with young kids & grandma, and requested to have adjoining rooms when we placed order. Upon check in then only informed us that premium rooms do not have adjoining rooms. Both rooms in the same floor but quite far (in between the lifts). Breakfast in big portion but would prefer buffet breakfast- variety of choice but small portion will do. We thought the Qin breakfast is the best as it’s listed number 1 on the menu, but it’s so so. The chef special (laksa & porridge) are exceptionally good! We were told that there will be welcome tea ceremony and we can just attend anytime before 6pm. We came down after the check in and waited at the sofa for about 20 mins. Then more and more people came to the waiting area, till its full house. Only then a guy came to prepare the tea. They also served us a piece of tau da piah- Waited till very hungry so I felt it was exceptionally nice to eat! :) Generally it is a good stay. I like the friendly staff!

Eco conscious hotel but didn't compromise on the amenities. The snack basket is the room taste luxury with organic chips and apple juice. Domori sea-salt chocolate is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable. Our only protect is the elevator algorithm is a bit off. We need to wait quite a while each time and there's only 3 lifts in service during our stay instead of all 4. Overall a great stay and the heated jacuzzi is awesome.

Very nice hotel, modern. But one day the cleaning staff didn't take away the empty bottle or open plastics, or arranged the towels. Only happened one time.

I would definitely stay here again. The overall experience had been great. I like that the hotel smells like tea as well. Was greeted with a tea ceremony at the arrival lobby.

We had an amazing experience at The Clan Hotel, from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Definitely the type of hotel to book when you want to treat yourself. The room was modern and cozy, with great amenities. We really loved that the TV had all the smart functions like Youtube & mirroring. Gym was well equipped, pool was beautiful. Breakfast was good too. One of the best stays in Singapore.

Comfortable stay ”

Overall we had a good and comfortable stay at the Clan Hotel. Location was great as it is close to many popular eateries. Service was alright but manpower was definitely not sufficient. We could see that housekeeping was not tip too as there was dust gathered at the lobby area and the sink was not cleaned properly when we entered our room. The rooftop pool had great views and the breakfast was yummy. I would still recommend friends to stay here.

My booking including Free mini bar, quite disappointment as in the mini bar no drinks at all, it was empty! Do have some snacks … but no drinks provided!

Celebrated my partner's birthday at The Clan Hotel”

Celebrated my partner's birthday with a staycation at The Clan Hotel. Informed the hotel in advanced of the event and they said they will decorate the room. Only expected very little but they gave us some balloons and cut outs of words 'Happy Birthday' on the bed. Personalised scroll and cake was a very nice touch as well. Tea ceremony was kept simple but the peacefulness of the reception area and the smell of the tea made it a very comfortable environment. Rooms that were cleaned were sealed with a sticker and remote control was also in a plastic wrap. There's chromecast on the tv as well! Overall, It was an enjoyable experience!

I was really happy that the hotel acceded to my requests (I was half-expecting them to reject/forget as with some hotels I'd stayed at before). The staff were friendly and the breakfast tasted really good! The housecleaning Chinese lady was also very warm and helpful. Only negative aspect was that the pillow / duvet had a weird smell, which we suspected could be due to down (feathers). We believe the location would be great for business travelers to the CBD area. However, it is also great for locals to explore as there're some quaint cafes and yummy eateries nearby. We were even given an umbrella as a departing gift (they're celebrating their anniversary)! It was pouring when we checked out, so it was very apt. Overall, happy with our stay here! PS. I really love the very calming fragrance of tea upon entering the L1 lift lobby

•Restful stay as the rooms are adjustably bright and comfortable. •Toilet is well equipped and looks clean and well maintained. Water pressure and temperature is easy to control. •Gym and pool are available but we didn’t use at the time. •Spoilt for food. Great location surrounded by an excellent mix of both modern and traditional eateries at FESquare and the rows of shophouses nearby. Also near to town/Orchard. •Well-linked transport. Next to Telok Ayer MRT and near to Chinatown and CBD area. •Friendly, mostly very personal staff with good service. •Pleasant business-styled hotel with dark interior and decor theme. •Has a Chinese/local contemporary fusion cuisine within the same building (qin). •Housekeeping is good and concierge is helpful. Notes •Car park is at Far East Square (FES). Fortunately no rain as adjoining bridge is closed because of covid. •Hotel provides coupons but can only get one a day from ground concierge. •Quite narrow the ramps and car park can get crowded on weekends or evenings so have to drive up to 5th floor. It was $50 once. Lots will be available on the higher floors on crowded evenings. •With the coupon you should be able to clear it successfully. •Do note it expires after a number of hours that they will advise you. •Concierge drop off is quite small and inconspicuous. •Car park exit is right turn only as left turn is for turning into the opposite building only.
