This (22Dec14) was my fifth stay at The Color Hotel - Hat Yai and it never disappoints me. I drive Penang to Phuket twice a year for holidays and break the journey with golf at Hat Yai and stay the night at The Color Hotel. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful, the car park attendent attentive, and housekeeping is efficient and punctual.

Most Comfortable Stay Hotel Hatyai”
This hotel is centrally located at Hat Yai central area, only 6 minutes walk to Lee Garden plaza. Although centrally located, it is a standalone building behind the main street, so it offers a quiet surrounding. The back road to the hotel was the most convenient way to get to the shopping area but was dark at night with almost no lighting. The road was also strewn with rubbish. Otherwise it is a good hotel to stay and highly recommendable.

Good location near to lee garden plaza”
Just walk 5 minute reach centre. Convenient to shopping. I reach around 9am, their staff are friendly, early check in and bring me to room. Also, another night i request for 2am check out , staff is helpful. Anyway, i just found hat yai airport is starting from 6am-12am.

Centrally located yet quiet”
This hotel is centrally located at Hat Yai central area, only 6 minutes walk to Lee Garden plaza. Although centrally located, it is a standalone building behind the main street, so it offers a quiet surrounding. The staff can communicate well in English, and they are very helpful as well. We arrived early at the hotel and they manage to work things out and let us check-in by 11am. Overall, this hotel is worth the stay with reasonable price.

I guess the rooms are very clean bec. it's a new hotel. Too bad we did not know of it until we stayed there on the last day in Hat Yai. It's small and cosy hotel and the Internet are available in rooms as well as at lobby. If clean rooms, clean bed sheets and linens, long bathtub, new TV are a must for you, then this is the hotel for you! No smoking smell!

good, clean and new hotel with good facilities.The location is near to shopping area . Staffs are very friendly, and some of them can speak fluent Mandarin. They are so helpful and willing to help .he Color Hotel is a great choice for accommodation when visiting Hat Yai. From here, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer.Pleasant and comfortable. The staff were helpful. There should be hot water available at least. Staff speak very basic English. May be a problem for travellers who does not speak thai. Should train staff to speak mandarin as travellers are mostly from asean countries. You need to walk out to the main street for taxis.

A fine new hotel at the center of Hat Yai”
The Color hotel is located just off the main shopping street of Hat Yai. The building is new and is situated on the canal, which might be a plus or a minus depending on the season. No complaints about the hotel as such. It does not offer breakfast and a small amount of cash went missing from a table in my room during a one day's cleaning. Not enough to make an issue out of it, but nevertheless.

well, i has noticed this newly opened hotel since its still under contruction as the location of this hotel was very strategic which convenience for us to hang around some famous area places in hatyai town area. I was previously stayed at hotel nearby before Color hotel was launced by Agoda. From its strategic location, we can visit some places in town area on by just walk without take any transportation services, unless it was raining. One good point i like the most about this hotel is the super great and fast Wifi service that provided. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful. Lobby and and room condition was great too with clean environment as it was still consider one of the new hotel around. Overall, i was very satisfied with the stayed at Color Hotel.
