This hotel has such a great and friendly staff. They really left a good impression. During the virus they even provide masks for protection. Our flight was around midnight, we could store our luggage and still make use of the swimming pool and outside shower. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A great value for your money. The location is also great, 5min walk to orchard road etc.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the very helpful Laarni as our front desk officer. She took good care of us the entire weekend and our girls felt very special. It was a real treat that she was on duty and everyday we felt like royalty.

the interior is old. the furniture need replacement. I got bitten by insects while trying to sleep as i kept scrathing. the power points are at odd places not nearby the bedside to easily charge the phone.

The area around the hotel feels very safe and the staff are especially helpful. Need a taxi? Need to exchange money? Have questions about the local area? Don&#39;t worry, they can help. I had a small problem with my room and the staff were also very happy to sort it out and dealt with the matter very quickly. The staff were very friendly and trustworthy and I was very impressed with the service. The food in the restaurant was good, although very expensive. I would definitely love to stay at this place again.
When travelling to the nearest metro, be careful with your children. There is a little dangerous bit just by the metro where delivery transport pull out onto the road. The swimming pool is very small and uninviting. I wouldn&#39;t bother with it. The backdrop from the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, but the levels of water was too low for the fish.

Very friendly staff, all across the board. Nice, charming hotel - slightly old-style but definitely pleasant. Room and bathroom reasonably large; good view. Great pool - nice layout with plants around and a bar on call, sufficiently large for a reasonable swim, absolutely clean, a few sunbeds. Very attractive price given Singapore standards (less than 110 S$ per day), so nothing to complain really. (Don&#39;t know whether this is their standard price or a consequence of reduced demand during the virus crisis.)
I didn&#39;t try the breakfast; restaurant and bar weren&#39;t too inviting. The location is worth considering. Yes, it&#39;s central, not too far from Orchard. But it&#39;s a ten minute walk to Orchard Street and another five minutes to the MRT station - not too bad but if you wish to do this a few times a day it adds up. (Not a problem if you always take a taxi or Grab, of course.)
