We stayed at Fern Goregaon for one night. The stay was comfortable. Staff was very helpful, polite and responsive! Mr. Pradeep A (front desk manager), Mr. Vikas, Mr. Pradeep M... all helped us with the multiple requests we had - guidance on the best place to have Mumbai special Pav Bhaji and Vada Pavs. One of the hotel staff even accompanied us to show us the way. Food at Hotel was good and had decent variety. Restaurant staff and Manager were prompt with their service. Overall had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great property in the suburbs”
Aesthetics are really good. In-room Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was really good. Totally loved at the discounted deal price i got it. Room were spacious and clean. I visited Mumbai again with family and wanted to book fern again but could not find 2 rooms as we were two family travelling together.

My first trip to India was made comfortable by the staff at The Fern. Everyone from front office to security were very helpful and considerate. They even accommodated very early check in and late check out without fussing. The room was adequate in size, spotless and cozy. The food was on point as well. The location of The Fern was advantageous as it was close to several malls and also the Bombay Exhibition Centre. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at Hotel Fern, which is the very clean, neat, comfortable place. The staff is very helpful and freindly. The transport to and fro to exhibition center was arranged at a resonable price each day. The break fast or dinner or lunch offers food of top Quality and variety is plenty to select. I recommend this place for family or business travellers for seeking Top class service and value for money.

Stayed at the Fern as it was close to the Bombay Exhibition Centre. It seem to be the best hotel in the area. Unfortunately the area is not the best. Cant fault the hotel. Bed was great, showers were good as was the WIFI. Breakfast was awesome. One improvement. I understand the need for security however a bag check and detector screening every time you walked in and out of the hotel was a bit much. I would recommend for those attending the Bombay Exhibition Centre.

Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value breakfast buffet. Room was very clean and had a huge bed. Shower was excellent - power / rain. Room service menu very good and very reasonably priced, but not quick. No business centre. The music playing in the corridor and bells ringing for room service to other rooms can easily be heard in nearby rooms. Fitness centre adequate with a good view. Would stay again.

Good for attend the event at Bombay Exhibition Center”
I stayed at the Fern for 3 nights to attend OTM2019 at Bombay Exhibition. Overall is good and clean near venue. Room quite new and space is ok. But no other restaurant or convenience shop around there. On transportation is Olacab or Uber but they always get lost and cannot find the way to get to the hotel.

Nice hotel but service could be slightly better”
Overall stay and room was good but I would expect that we are informed about check-out times, usages of swimming pool, fitness room etc without us finding out ourselves. Taxi prices are also extremely overpriced - for ~1,3-1,5km more than 300 rupees!

Fabulous Hotel”
This hotel is definitely 5 star. From reception staff and lovely boy with glasses who carried our cases to restaurant fabulous food and chef who made me a special sweet. The roof top pool lovely towels and loungers. The room has everything you would need plus the most comfortable bed ever Egyptian cotton sheets. Disappointed only 1 night stay but will return thank you.

Very near to the Express highway, and Convention centre. Look No Further if attending any event there. Just a km away from Oberoi mall. Staff is good, polite and helpful. Were quite troubled due to COVID protocol but then we all understand. Security was implementing SOP for Covid quite stringently. Morning breakfast is adequate and nourishing. All requests quickly accommodated. Room service and Housekeeping staff were very co-operative. Nice washrooms, only fail to understand this fad of a glass wall in the shower between the bed and the shower area. Was with family and were comfortable.

Good location for exhibition centre. Staff just amazing. Quality if the hotel superb. Food excellent. Downsides..nothing in the vicinity. Need a car to go anywhere. Fridge in my room could not be fixed. Ie never cold even when it was replaced. Bed tended to move on the floor.

Some improvements needs”
I asked an help to the front desk, out of the standard requirements. Without getting the support at the level I was expecting for a top rate Hotel. 1. I asked a taxi passage for a long trip 150-km out Mumbai that was out of the standard offer provided by the Hotel (80-km and some hours of car rental with driver) and they were not be able to drive me to an agency able to provide me the service. I found it by myself in a couple of calls. 2. I left my laptop on an internal low cost fly and one young front desk guy just limited to say "I tried to call by nobody answer". It must be said that other members of the Hotel staff, including the security manager, understood the situation and called by themself. (at the end I collected the laptop by myself in the airport after 3 days). Apart this 2 cases, the rest was ok. Room rather quite and clean, restaurant good with several choices, local and international. I will give them anyway a second chances.
