The French Quarters

The Hotel is around the corner of Time Square. Breakfast fantastic which filled us up till 3pm. We were upgraded as it was my 40th and even left a bottle of wine as well. When leaving they will store your cases for you which helps when you have a Night flight.

I had a perfect stay here. I even extended for another night. I love the interiors of the apartment, the amenities inside the room, everything! I would always stay here whenever I would visit NY!

Suite is really good with fantastic location and great service. Breatfast is very simple.

This was one of my favourite streets in New York, just absolutely beautiful and so quirky and cute. The manager was amazing - the staff at this hotel go out of their way to help you and make your stay in New York as easy and memorable as possible - Each day they give you the weather forecast and tourist activities happening that day. The rooms are gorgeous as they are decorated in a french country style like Old New Orleans - make sure you get the King Room as i think the other rooms are very small. The Christmas decorations were great too! The only negatives were the smell in the lift and hall ways, the bad coffee at breakfast and the other staff members who weren't unfriendly but not nearly as friendly as the wonderful manager!!

Colin the manager was very welcoming ,more than accommodating , couldn't do enough . Fantastic unique hotel in a wonderful location . Would definately visit again and highly recommend

The bathroom was spacious, the rooms were small but clean and comfortable.

Loved the hotel which was walking distance to Times square. The complimentary Continental breakfast was enough for us to start the day and made planning the day with children alot easier. The small stove was an added bonus.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very accomodating in helping in any way they could! Breakfast was simple with croissants, cereal and toast, but definitely a useful thing to have to save time in the day. Location was on Restaurant Row and a 5 minute walk to Times Square, so you really couldn't be any more central! Everything was walkable, and we only caught the subway once on our way back from Statten Island!

We loved it here and found it convenient for everything we planned to do this visit. Our room was very tiny and next time we would book a bigger suite. The size of the room did not allow for drawer space and storage and it was a big of a mission climbingover the bed to get to the bathroom in the night. Complementary paper every day and lovely plush towels in a roomy bathroom. Our only suggestion would be to add some plates and bowls to the kitchenette cupboards so that guests could opt to eat in ( ie pizza) hot plate was redundant in our room as nothing to use on it. Room safe was a bit high for a shorty in our party, but top of the cupboard was the only option for place,net. Breakfast was adequate, but staff motivation in the mornings was a bit hit and miss and the muffins were extremely dry- perhaps out of the freezer. We will go back

the french quarters is in a good location, five minutes walk from times square.the rooms are very clea and comfortable, there is plenty of tea and coffee provided.the staff were welcoming and very friendly and helpful. we had a meal and drinks in the bar/restraunt ,the food was very good and we thought it was very good value for new york, especially the 5 dollar hurricanes.the complementary breakfast was good, everything lovely ,fresh and plentiful.i would recommend to my friends and defiantly stay there again

This was my second time at this hotel and was not disappointed. The location is very convenient to entertainment, the fashion district and other sightseeing, yet the hotel is on a quieter street. Attention to detail is evident in the room quality. They are immaculate, tastefully furnished, the beds comfortable, and there is a refrigerator in the room. The internet is free, but signal is weak. There is also a complimentary continental breakfast, but the hours are very limiting, 7:30-9am. Otherwise, the quality of stay is superior than many places. A true gem!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor which was fine but might be a struggle to climb the staircase for older travellers. Furnishings excellent .

we had an excellent stay at the french quarter apartments and stayed in the two bedroom suite which was absolute gorgeous, large rooms and most importantly no noise from this suite could be heard from the reasonably busy street outside. the location is great for access to most areas and there is a great bar attached with friendly staff and good food. breakfast could have been a little better as this is a very basic continental option. would have been better with the added extra of say a waffle maker to add that little american feel to it. overall a great stay and i would definately recommend this hotel.

We booked last minute which is a lot of money for a one night's sleep, but by no means unheard of in NYC. That said, our room - while NYC style small - was elegantly appointed and luxuriously comfortable (the pictures on the hotel's website accurately reflect what the rooms are like). A full length tub with designer toiletries, more than adequate free continental breakfast buffet (yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, muffins, croissants and fruits) and a high-end in room coffee maker - none of which we got at the similar priced nearby Grand Central Station - sweeten the deal. You will not be disappointed!

Rooms are very nice decoration and in style. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is very good.
