J'ai payé deux fois. I paid two times”
I forgot that the room was already paid by CB on 25th february ( I forgot the voucher) and the morning we left : 8 march at 8.30 AM I paid 1.150000Roupies in cash ( 350000 x 3 nights ) I realized this fact by consulting my bank account today… So I hope to be paid back quickly. We are Agoda customers and it is the first mistake. i think that the hotel is the only responsible.

I was lucky to get the place at a discount. With the discount price it was kinda worth it, but I am so happy I didn’t pay full price. The room was quite dirty with black hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. Breakfast included was cold toast.

Door was knocked at 01.30 by armed polices”
I booked this room for my mom, she was traveling solo. And I truly got furious upon hearing that my mom's room was knocked at 01.30 while she was (of course) sleeping. She opened the door and was met by several policemen (armed policemen). She asked what's the matter and the policemen said they wanted to check the room. No announcement whatsoever from the reception and when my mom asked about it first in the morning, the reception was just saying that that's a common practice. No 'apologise for the inconvenience' or whatever. Crazy. This experience scrap off all the not-so-bad thing from this hotel. Nope. Never again staying at this place.

Lokasi dekat dengan pusat kota dan mal, ada beberapa restoran juga di sekitar sana jadi mudah untuk cari makan. Kamar cukup bersih dan disediakan makan pagi. Overall pas dengan harganya.

Run down Smoking tolerated everywhere”
There is a bed to sleep and there is hot water. The breakfast is a plastic take out pack and even though your room isn't a smoking room, smoke comes under the door from other rooms. They should designate a floor as smoking not every other one and especially not the one across or beside of the non-smoking one.

Achtung: Bettwanzen! ”
Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Doch schon beim Betreten hatten wir ein schlechtes Gefühl. Das Hotel war verwaist, düster, muffig. Die Rezeptionistin konnte kein Wort Englisch und führte uns schließlich in unser „Superior Queen“ Zimmer. Ein vergammelter Bunker im Erdgeschoss mit „Fenster“ zur Eingangshalle. Neonlicht, Flecken an der Wand und am schlimmsten: fette Bettwanzen. Meine Freundin wurde gebissen, als sie sich das erste Mal aufs Bett gesetzt hat. Widerlich und selbst für günstige Unterkünfte in Asien ein No-Go. Wir sind also direkt wieder zur Rezeption und haben dort eins der Viehcher auf den Tresen gelegt. Sie schien nicht sonderlich überrascht. Das Geld ist weg, wir direkt danach auch. Rate dringend vom „Hotel“ ab.
