A very awesome vacation at The Golden Suites and Spa Hot”

It was a fantastic experience at The Golden Suites and Spa Resort the whole team along with the GM Ms Monika Tiwari were on their toes to see that the guests had a marvelous stay. I am still in Goa vacationing and wish to have the next Goan Vacation at this Resort Hotel agian all the best to the whole team keep it up.

Awesome Experience : Complete Value for Money”

I was there last week with my wife, daughter and in-laws and I must say we had an excellent time! My in-laws were able to relax and enjoy. The place is quite comfortable with clean rooms and large beds. Rooms are very spacious. The Golden Suites is very family friendly with courteous staff. They help us on early check-in. The food was great. All in all a great experience and highly recommend.

Excellent hotel with super spacious accommodation”

My family was ecstatic to be in such a spacious accommodation; specially my daughter (5 yrs) was super relieved that she could run and play around, and watch her cartoons on the TV either in the bedroom or the living room. The hotel staff was nice, and the room service was excellent in terms of daily cleaning, changing/making the beds etc. They have a small restaurant on the ground floor that serves decent food. The Calangute market is closeby (500 metres), but walking to Calngute beach (1.8 Kms) might be a task during the day time. As the market is nearby, you do have quite a few options for shopping, eating, and ATMs to withdraw money in case you are short on cash.

Good hotel with good spacious rooms and very close to the calangute beach. Good service all round and the flexibility given to residents is worth appreciating. Will surely book and come again to this hotel.

The perfect stay one could have Completely value for money Centrally located and close to market, calangute beach and food joints (Souza Lobos) Large room was a single most selling factor here Also, extremely quiet surrounding (perfect for couples)

Wedding group ”

I booked this hotel due to the facilities plus location as I was attending wedding with group of friends. The only downside was the music which was kept at high volume and we informed the reception and they reduced it.

Room is very good but hotel is bad”

I have booked 1BHK apartment here apartment was very good and beyond my expectations. But overall outside area of hotel like swimming pool, looby,coomon washroom entry, exit , corridor and parking area of the hotel is not well maintained. Room service is very poor but staff is behaving very well. Overall I will say room was fantastic but hotel is bad.

This hotel needs some serious renovation”

Location of the hotel is good. Staff is really helpful and courteous. Room service is quick and rates are nominal. The only problem we faced was most of the things in room like microwave, bathroom flush, kitchen tap were either broken or not working. This hotel needs some serious renovation.

Not advisable for deluxe rooms”

Deluxe rooms were too small for a hotel like this. They didn't even have basic amenities like water heater or refrigerator in the room.

Hotel is very inside and no local transport”

Hotel is very inside and no local transport is available. For anything you will have to travel 1 kms and the taxi/auto charges minimum 200 one way. Its not a very friendly environment. There is only one person in reception in entire hotel. Even for going beach you either have to walk 2.5 kms or take one side taxi/auto which takes Rs. 200. Its not very convenient. Moreover the hotel receptionist was very arrogant when I asked for 2 hours early check in, even when the rooms were vacant. Though she was kind to help on site seeing. This is not worth staying. Food was only good thing.

Poor Hygiene and maintenance standard”

First of all, it is not a hotel. It is an apartment building with very poor infrastructure facility, If you are looking for a class, this is not an appropriate property. Room was dirty, bed linen was not even washed, dirty pillow covers, dirty towels, ill maintained bathrooms and furniture. Extra bed was provided on floor. No where, there was any sign of professionally managed hotel property.It was a poorly maintained lodge. On one side of property are housing apartments,giving ugly view on other side, there is a plot, where you can see people defecating in open. Not a value for money property.

Good location, but with a bad service and staff”

We stayed there for one night, but the behaviour and way of talking of staff was not good. It was a good property where lot of facilities are not functional due to renovation. Lot of insects due to greenery in front of hotel.
