We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was helpful and very pleasant. ”
The facilities are well cared for and clean. Every staff member was cheerful, eager to help and had answers for all our questions. We were disappointed the “Founders Room” near the lobby is no longer accessible. Two years ago, we enjoyed sitting in there to watch Elvis on the big screen TV. This trip, we never saw anyone in there during our 3 day stay. The late night peanut butter and jelly snacks were a happy experience for everyone we talked to. People come to Graceland to celebrate the life of Elvis. It would be nice to hear only his music every where throughout the hotel as happens in Tupelo. We were disappointed we could not see the new Chapel. Whoever came up with the $30,000 “Founders” status for 250 people and it’s perks should rethink the majority of the real fans just might be the everyday people who visit Graceland and have to plan the trip and travel many miles maybe just once or twice in a lifetime.

The King is an Amazing Host”
We were passing through Memphis on our way to Chattanooga from AZ. We had never been here before and I thought, "Why not stay at Graceland?" I booked it on Agoda (best price btw) and we were very happy with that decision. The property is amazing and although it isn't in the best area of town, it doesn't matter. There is a manned security gate as you enter and then you are swept away as you enter the finely appointed lobby. The Southern Hospitality you'd expect in such a place doesn't disappoint. The front desk associate was extremely pleasant with a relaxing demeanor. He was very helpful and made the check in process very smooth. The rooms were tastefully appointed with beautiful wallpaper, great photos, soft linens and a nice selection of Elvis music to compliment the room. Our view of the courtyard was great. From the moment we walked in until our departure, we were thoroughly impressed with everything! I would highly recommend this destination. We will be back!

Visiting the King”
This is a beautiful property, love that it is Elvis start to finish. The rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The shower is amazing...I would have stayed here just for the shower. The grounds are pristine. The pool are was very nice, we unfortunately did not enjoy it as much as we would have liked as there was a family with older kids that were just out of control. I was traveling with a teenager and even she was like what is their problem. Not the hotels fault as they did calm them down a little. Other than that we completely enjoyed our stay and even added on a night.

My family and I stayed at the Graceland Guest House for my Aunt since she adores Elvis and has always wanted to see Graceland. The guest house had plenty of fun events such as movies in the theater and a peanut butter and jelly bar everyday! The room was exceptionally clean, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was kind and helpful. The one downside was the extra fees that accrued once our stay was over, I had reserved and paid for the room ahead f time and did not think there would be more to pay afterward. Aside from this, I highly recommend staying at the Guest House!

I had the most amazing stay here!! If you want to live, breathe, and feel Elvis - this is the place you need to be. It is stunningly beautiful. Right next door to Graceland - the location is perfect. Everywhere is exceptionally clean - huge stylish rooms & bathroom. Elvis films at 7pm every night. Quality Live music every night. A great atmoshere between guests & staff alike. Ate in EP resturaunt - food 10/10. I was on my own, but felt so comfortable here. Thankyou for a truly wonderful experience.

Exceptional”
This was my 4th year visiting Memphis and staying at the Guesthouse. It is my home away from home! I love it there! They have live music in the lobby lounge every night, movies in the theater, a gorgeous swimming pool, great restaurants, and activities planned for guests to participate in. They also provide transportation to Graceland, Downtown to Beale Street, and the airport. The facility is clean, the staff is very helpful and my experience there has always left me looking forward to coming the next year.

Great Stay, Pricey Extras”
Pros: Excellent customer service-prompt, courteous, and professional. The room was very clean and up-to-date. The Wi-Fi was speedy and easy to access. They offer a free shuttle to Graceland which is across the street. Cons: I felt like the hotel was nickel-and-diming a lot of the extras like the $10 "self-parking fee". The breakfast buffet was ridiculously expensive ($21 per plate). The buffet was good but was pretty standard hotel breakfast fare.

We had an amazing 2 day quick trip to the hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was kind and helpful. The lobby and the pool was kept up and comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping brought us more towels asap as we had a dog and did not want to have cleaning. The shuttle bus runs every 1/2 hour and all the restaurants were delicious- plus is they have a Starbucks

I was very pleased with our room, it was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back. This was my second time to Memphis and to Graceland. I have loved Elvis since I was eleven years old , I am now 75 and I still love him. My husband understood and brought me there the first time.

80th birthday trip”
Loved the hotel! We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and staff were wonderful and very friendly. I only have one recommendation - the hotel has a theater and they play movies and concerts once daily. I would like to see them play an elvis movie everyday not concerts. They already have concerts shown on 3 different elvis tv channels.

Graceland Weekend!”
My daughter had a business mtg in Memphis starting Apr. 29th so she invited me to come to Memphis Sat and Sun to visit Graceland, Beale St and eat some good BBQ. Our stay at the Guest House was excellent - couldn't have been better. In fact, we were scheduled to move to a different hotel on Sun closer to my daughter's business mtg location, but decided to stay another night at the Guest House instead. It cost us more money to do so, but it was well worth it. If we ever get back to Memphis or Graceland again we'll definitely stay at the Guest House again. Highly recommend it - you won't be sorry!

We enjoyed our stay at The Guesthouse. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The room was clean. Our favorite part of the room was the awesome “rain shower.” We took a shuttle to Graceland and Corrine was a fun shuttle driver. She sang to those celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. Highly recommend!

Great stop on our USA road trip”
We enjoyed the convenience of staying across the road from Graceland. We took the shuttle to our 2pm tour and after seeing all the exhibits it was a short, enjoyable walk back to the hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and although the dining selections were surprisingly minimal we still had a meal (hamburger and fries) that satisfied our hunger. Outdoor pool and patio was a pleasant place to retreat after our busy day. We even had a fun game of ping pong before sunset. Room was comfy and quiet. Slept great!

Amazing”
First time here! It was beyond our expectations! It was also our 15th anniversary and they generously upgraded us to a TCB (Taking Care of Business Suite). But the other rooms are very nice as well! You could easily stay at the Guest House and not leave the property. It’s more of a small resort. It has everything you need! Can’t wait to come back! If u are Elvis fan you’ve got to put this on your to do list! FIRST CLASS ELVIS ALL THE WAY!

Beautiful Hotel”
Excellent hotel stay walking to Graceland was only across the road and to the museum and they also have an airport shuttle and a shuttle for down town. They only suggested change was to cater for people who drink tea in the hotel room and include a electric jug as this was my issue. And when I asked at reception they suggested I go down the road to purchase teabags for my hotel room though where do I then get boiled water? I'm not a coffee drinker and shouldn't have to pay for tea in a hotel room.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! Extremely clean and all staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. Great view of courtyard and has a gated entrance to the property. Restaurants are nearby. If you're touring Graceland, this is definitely the place to stay.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The pool is not huge but beautifully done. We were there at the end of July, had the pool to ourselves. Bar had live music at night. They are not doing room cleaning between nights do you Covid.

The only negative was overpricing of food and drinks. We went to the bar to enjoy the entertainment. We purchased two bar vodkas with tonic water. They were $13.50 each. Needless to say we were embarrassed because were had pulled out a $20,00 to pay. Bought a 1.75 bottle of vodka the next day at a liquor store down the road the next day for less than those two drinks and drank in our room. A cup of coffee was just under $4.00. Enjoyed the complimentary shuttle to Graceland.
