Amazing Facilities; Even Better Service and Staff”

My partner and I (from Thailand) decided to take a mini-vacation to Hat Yai. Doing some research on hotels in the area, we weren't sure if staying at The Habita was worth the extra money as it was by far the most expensive hotel in the area. Long story short, The Habita was worth every baht and far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted at the front desk by friendly and professional staff who gave us free drinks and cold towels soaked in eucalyptus oil upon arrival. Once checked in, we were escorted to our room, and we were impressed, to say the least. The room was incredibly clean and provided many free accommodations (light snacks, beverages, toiletries, etc.). Whenever we had a request or question, we were met by all smiles and quick responses. The food here was also delicious and definitely worth the money. We will definitely be coming back to The Habita, and thank them for a truly amazing experience. Their slogan is true - We came as guests and left as friends. :)

Very nice and New hotel”

Super friendly and helpful staff. New bed sheets, new towels.. they just smell right. Hair Dryer, Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner & Bodywash provided. Complimentary Coke & Sprite in the fridge and some snacks too! No Swimming pool. 8mins Tuk tuk ride to Lee Garden Plaza @ 20baht per adult. Delicious Thai cooked food walking distance (2mins walk) from the hotel. There's a Temple right next to the hotel too! 2 complementary breakfast was offered per room per night so I have to pay 170baht for my boy (8yo). Breakfast was good but no refill for your coffee, tea or milk. They actually allow outside food in the dining area. We packed Pork knuckle rice from a stall 10 mins walk away, it's a must try! Kids will love this hotel as there's a smart TV in the room which allows them to watch their favorite Youtube, apps and many other Channels. Hotel to airport is a 30mins Tuk Tuk ride, get the staff to call a Tuk Tuk for you at only 300baht per car regardless how many pax. Will definitely stay in Habita Hotel when I visit Hat Yai again!

Really a Nice Hotel”

I stayed in the Grand Classic room for about 2,000 THB per night w/o breakfast. It's at the high end for a double room in Hat Yai. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Odean Shopping Mall. There is a nice morning market about a 5 minute walk away and there are many hawker stalls and restaurants serving food at night about 5 or 10 minutes away. The facility includes a nice cafe and a common area library. It is quite relaxed and quiet on the hotel grounds. The room is very spacious, using lots of wood and stone to create a very pleasant atmosphere. It is well equipped and snacks and drinks are complimentary. The bathroom is very large. The staff are highly attentive. I was permitted to check-in early, which I appreciated. While it lacks some facilities, like a pool or a spa of the big hotel, it excels in providing a calm and pleasant environment to compliment your stay in Hat Yai

Worth the price and comfortable stay”

This is my first time stay in Habita Hatyai. Although location wise is not that convenient for those shopper but for me is definitely a comfortable place where it stay away from crowded area. Easy access to those tourists area. Hard to get tuk tuk at that area but you can ask hotel to help you out in this. They will make sure your safety as well. Frontliner are friendly and always help out when needed. Room are big and comfortable. Most important is cleanliness of the room are up to my expectation. Free tidbits in room are very nice as well. My family and I enjoy our 2 days stay in The Habita Hatyai and will choose here again if we back to hatyai.

Service was fantastic!”

I rarely ever write reviews but this one thoroughly deserved it. Price-wise, this may be a little pricey compared to other accommodations in Hat Yai. But, their service was phenomenal. They made sure every need was tended to. They tell you where the best places are. Most importantly, there wasn't a single moment where they weren't greeting me with a smile on their faces. Habita means home in latin. They really did make me feel like home :)

Habita Hatyai gave the best experience for the entire trip in Hatyai. Every corner of the hotel was clean, modern and photogenic, making us feel right at home and comfortable the moment we arrived. Room was spacious and properly equipped, with complimentary simple snacks and drinks that came as a pleasant surprise. The environment was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably both at night and in the day. The hotel employees were helpful, friendly and proactive in helping us with anything we need, including to call for tuk-tuk when they saw us waiting by the road. It may not be right in the middle of the main shopping area, but it's only a few minutes of tuk-tuk ride away which is easy to get and very affordable. This hotel is highly recommended and I applaud the hotel team for their great work.

A must stay hotel!”

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff who was very kind and friendly. The landscape of the hotel is so beautiful and calming with a lot of greenery and wooden decor. I must say the architect has done a very well job in creating a stunning property in the an area like hat yai where your surroundings look worn out and dusty. As we sat, we were served chilled welcome drink which was very refreshing along with a pair of fresh cooling face towels! Check in was quick and easy. I was quite touched with the receptionist manners. While we were drinking the welcome drink, the receptionist approached us and bend her knee on the floor just to ask us for our signature! I think thai people are very humble and respectful. We booked a classic room. Although its the cheapest in the range, the room felt luxurious and the amenities were complete! Sadly this is all i can say due to word limit! Lastly, thanks all of the staffs who made our stay so memorable.

Boutique stylish hotel!”

Hotel locates not exactly at center of the downtown but convenient to go to anywhere in Hat Yai. Its 6 storeys building is vary cool, you can feel tropical with its 20 metres high tree in front of the lobby. No parking lot but enough parking spaces at front and back of the hotel. No swimming pool and gym but there's cozy cafe next to the lobby and reasonable price restaurant on rooftop. We stayed grand room which there's iMac in room but no bath tap. Room size is not quite large but convenient. Breakfast is serve in set menu choose from the list, mostly egg menu choose from the list.

The hotel was a really good place to stay. I was there for 3 nights with my girlfriend and we indeed had a great time staying there. Checking in and out were really smooth and the staffs there were really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean too. We rented a car from the airport and parking was really easy as we could just park outside the hotel, along the road. This place was a great value for money and we definitely come back to Habita Hatyai whenever we come back to hatyai.

VERY NEW HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICES”

The first impression we stepped into The Habita is really like unbelievable with special modernize hotel design and we had great comfort stay over 2 nights. My husband and i would rating 5 for every part of this hotel because the room space is big, clean bed& bathroom, comfort bedding and complete amenities is provided. Additional mark up pints is welcome drinks is served upon our arrival , complimentary mini bars and snacks in room and the courtesy of hotel staffs. We would never forget this memorable stay at Habita because i would say that services provided by every staffs at Habita really outstanding. They treated guest with sincerity caring and fulfilled every our requests responsively. Well done and their services really define the name of the hotel which means make the guest feeling like staying at own home!

5 Star Services”

Upon check-in, we are welcomed with the drinks for everyone. All snacks and drinks inside is complimentary from the hotel, no extra charges. Some faulty with the toilet's cover in our room, and they prepared new room straight away and assist us with the bags and everything. Interior and exterior of the hotel is amazing! Thanks for the great services The Habita Hatyai.

A 3star with 5 star Service”

A mini paradise it was. A beautiful hotel located in the heart of Hat Yai just walking distance to Lee plaza the shopping heaven and tuk tuk access is simply easy.The hotel was beautiful, with awesome service. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The roof top bar is simply adorable and a definite must visit while your stay. I would most certainly recommend this place for couple and also family to stay. The breakfast was just perfect. Certainly value for money.

Fantastic”

we stayed in Habita for one night. We have received a very friendly and worm welcome from Khun Milk and her team. The cappuccino in the café bar was excellent and a perfect start in the day. The staff has been very friendly and very helpful. The dinner at the roof top restaurant was very delicious and there was a great selection of fine wines. The rooms are very clean and spacious, The entire Hotel has a very nice architecture and worm and welcoming design. For us the Best Hotel in Hatyai so far. We will be back :-)

i have a good stay at HABITA for two night at hatyai. this hotel is very new and located central of hatyai, the staff are so helpful. at the corner of the hotel you can find 7 eleven. and within 10mins walking distance you can reach LEE GARDEN area for shopping

EXCELLENT STAY WITH FAMILY”

Overall we have very present stay in The Habita Hatyai, staffs are very friendly, welcome drink and chilled towel provided when step in the hotel, convenience to call Grab car to go anywhere, not far from everywhere, hotel room got complimentary snack and got Smart TV, Roof top restaurant also serve very nice food indeed. 7-11 near by only few mins walking distance. Only need to comment is our hotel bathroom ceiling water leaking, dripping water make the floor wet, other than that we have a very happy stay.

Absolute top customer service ”

My Girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days and throughout our stay, the front desk people were absolutely helpful. Greeted by them when we reached the hotel and they rush to carry our luggage and get us check in. They can converse in English well and it made us settled in hat yai with ease. The only issue with the hotel is that convenience store takes abit of walking. Overall I’m very content with my stay here

The location is not ideal for those who do not have own transport. We drove to Hatyai from Malaysia, so it’s still okay for us. There’s no 7-11 or food store nearby, the Habita Rooftop kitchen closed before 10pm even though it mentioned operated until 12am Not only that, there’s students practised drum and dance at around 6pm (Just one night, maybe we were not lucky). However, the staff was very helpful, she helped us to communicate with the students. Staffs in Habita are really friendly, helpful 👍🏻, always greet us with smile The room is clean but at night will have mosquitoes. There’s no disposable bedroom slippers and no trash bin in the room. Usually there will be 2, one in room, one in washroom. So it’s kinda troublesome to throw rubbish like paper or packaging bag, you have to go to the washroom to throw a rubbish. After all, still a pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay in Hat Yai”

I have overnighted in Hat Yai more than 15 times over past 10 years either for golf or enroute to Phuket. Whilst it doesnt compete with budget hotels it is in a class of its own as far as value for money along with comfort, space and decor. It is now my preferred hotel in HatYai.
