Totally surprised and pleased!”

I intentionally took an overnight layover in Singapore to see a small amount of the city. I had an early flight back to Seattle and decided to look into hotels close to Changi Airport. Well I found the airport hotels priced higher than i preferred considering all I wanted was a comfy and clean bed to sleep on. Well, I found it and it was right in the massively large airport! The Haven at Jet Quay was a very smart decision. Positives - Comfortable and very clean property. - fairly comfortable bed - ultra clean bathrooms and private showers. - secure - very nice and large lounge with complimentary snacks and non alcoholic beverages. Their coffee machine turned out excellent coffee! - right in the Terminal 2 - Best of all, the ladies who manned the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful when I checked in. Negatives - very few. The worst was it was a tad had to find in the massive airport and was given wrong directions by airport information people.

Great place to stay if you have a long transit”

If you have a really long layover in Singapore and you can’t stay in the hotels before immigration because you would like to explore the city for a day (without joining the tour group that Changi offers), then the Haven is definitely for you. The nap room is cosy and the shower rooms and toilets, although ‘shared’, are actually still private rooms for each individual. They were cleaned after every use by the staff, towels were provided as well. People were complaining about how cold the rooms were but to be honest, they were just right for me. The lounge area is also quite comfy and you can make do with it if you just want comfier chairs to nap in. If you want more privacy and a bit more security than the nap rooms would be better. The staff were efficient and accommodating and they adjusted my check in and check out period. The free breakfast that comes with an overnight stay is okay but if it’s not to your taste, there is a McDonald’s right across the hotel and more restaurants too

The much more affordable hotel in Changi Airport”

I have stayed in The Haven a number of times after late flights and for early morning flights. It is much more affordable than the other hotels in the surroundings of Changi Airport although each nap room does not have an attached bathroom and toilet. Forget about staying here before thunderstorm days.

Great value for overnight stopover”

My flight arrived in Singapore at 6pm and I departed at 12pm the following day. Staying at the Haven was extremely convenient as it was a short 10 min walk from the arrival area. The dinner ( I got the thai green curry) was yum and they also have a 'snack' bar which has apples, toast, noodles and little cakes that you can help yourself to at any time. This meant I didn't end up needing to exchange any money on Singapore as I had my free dinner and some toast and an apple for breakfast. The room was small, the bed is probably about 190cms long so if you are tall it might not be as comfortable, but it was perfect for me. My only 2 negatives were the staff seemed a bit unprofessional at times and I sometimes felt uncomfortable asking them for something as they seemed very involved in their own conversations. The 2nd negative was that you could hear the doors slamming throughout the night as people came and went from their rooms but this was easily solved with earplugs. Overall The Haven was perfect for an overnight stopover and I would certainly stay there again then next time I pass through Singapore.

Exceptional”

Located in Terminal 3 at Changi Airport in the Departures area. So coming from terminal 2, I had to clear immigration and customs to get to the lounge. But this worked out better for me as my flight arrived at 1 am so I needed a place to crash in the early hours of the morning. Separate shower areas and toilets, very accessible with no issues. Nap room provided clean bed enough space for 1. It was not cold in my room at all compared to the other reviews. Free food provided with stay, overall very satisfied with this place and would recommend if you need a place to stay and sleep in thats within the airport.

Great option for onsite sleeping”

My husband had a flight into Changi at 7:30 pm with baggage on a budget airline (AirAsia) and his departing flight had a check in of 3:30 am the following morning..... so this was a wonderful option for him to be able to stay on airport property and get some rest after he collected baggage. We had read about the cold AC, so he brought clothing for that and did not have a problem. Snacks were 24 hours a day, there was a private key to the shower room, and he said it was not too loud for him. So glad for this option at Changi..... we will definitely use it again. The price included the entire night's stay from 3 pm to 12 noon, although he only stayed in the room for about 7 hours. Cheaper than transit hotel.

Perfect for early morning / late night flight”

Stayed here one night as I had just returned to Singapore from Malaysia and had a 5:00am flight to Bali the next morning. Very clean modern facilities. Room was comfortable and served its purpose. Common bathrooms and showers were kept very clean. Changi Airport is one of the best in the world and there are many restaurants and shops to keep you occupied for a few hours.

The Haven is at terminal 3, it is easy to get to terminal 2 from here. This is the second time I have stayed here, the staff are friendly and very helpful. You can use it by the hour or just to have a shower and freshen up, of course for a cost. I have no problem recommending tThe Haven

Just remember you are booking a mostly airport lounge,that was not made that clear on the Agoda website..however if you are not too fussy and only in Singapore for a long weekend then this is adequate...The site itself has a lounge area where you can have drinks and snacks and also the place where a cooked breakfast is served..internet access is also in this area..the rooms are small and there are only shared toilets and showers on site,but as i was out most of the time (Singapore Grand Prix) this was not an issue..ideally placed for the airport as it is actually on site,easy to find public transport as right next to coach park,and the underground (MRT) is in the airport complex too...

Clean and convenience ”

I booked 1 night in this hotel. I was surprise that I got a meal included as well. It's just a simple meal but it was good enough for me. The room and the lounge was clean just like the photos they advertised. The toilet and shower room are separate from the room but it's clean. Only one thing that I want to mention is the bed in the room is quit short. If you're taller than 165cm you probably need to be curled up but I have no problem with that cuz I'm small (155cm). So over all my stay in there was great!!

Overnight crash”

My stay at your hotel was very pleasant and in saying so have booked another two days on my return to Singapore at the end of this month, looking forward to it and to spending another spell at your hotel and one other thing I would like to mention the showers in your hotel were certainly a welcome change from hotels I've visited in the past a nice strong pressure feeling quite excilerated at the end.

Okay for 1 night”

I had a morning flight out of Singapore and had no choice but to get a hotel for the night. This was the cheapest option at over $100, had to pay it even though I was only going to be in the airport for 9 hours total. I liked that it was very clean and new, restaurant onsite, and bed was pretty comfortable. I didn't like the temperature in the room, it was WAY too cold, and you can't adjust it- they have a centralized AC system so everyone gets the same temp. I think this is a horrible idea as everyone has different preferences in this regard. Anyway as expected the room is tiny and the bathroom and shower are down the hall from the room, not the most luxurious but I'd do it again in the same situation.

Nice place for a short stay in singapore”

I had to catch a very early flight after only staying one night in singapore. I enjoyed my stay because the staff was very friendly. Also you get one free meal and there is always snacks and cornflakes and free drinks in the business lounge, so I didn't even had to pay for a dinner somewhere else. The price is very high but it is perfect to catch a early flight. The only thing was that the air conditioning was very cold.

Stayed for one night. It provided everything I needed. A lounge to relax, free refreshments and breakfast, and a small but comfortable room to rest my head before my flight. Many people use this hotel for a brief stay, but I liked it so much I would consider choosing it above any other Singapore hotel for a longer stay. Great location. MRT station on your doorstep. Reception and cleaning staff all very helpful.

Good option for overnight in-airport stay”

I appreciated being able to stay within the airport on a very rainy day in Singapore. There's lots to see within the airport itself and having a nice bed and "hide away" was very pleasant. I found it to be quiet and comfortable. I didn't need any more space than was available. The shared bath rooms and showers were nice. I never saw another guest in the shower area. The included dinner did not make my tummy happy. Not sure the reason for that.

It is right after the Terminal 3 Arrival exit. But it is all the way to the end of Terminal 3, so if you are Terminal 1 or 2, you need to give good 10 min walk or more to get there or to the other terminal from this Hotel. But staying at right inside the Changi Airport make it so much esaier to get to any terminal compairing from the City. The facility is very simple and have all the basic. The room doesn't have it's own bothroom nor shower, so it is kind of tidious, but it is very clean, and right next to your room, so not too bad. There is no windows in the room, since it is insdie the terminal.

I normally sleep here after landing in Changi Airport after 12 am and I slept here because I had an outgoing flight after 8 pm after landing in the airport after 2 pm. Check-in only starts at 3 pm. Complimentary dinner is provided even if I do not stay beyond one night because its complimentary breakfast lacks variety of fruits. Other than that, the Agoda room rate is too high. The room rate should have been lower.

Single person, short stay, this place is great”

The place was VERY clean, the staff is very available and prompt. The internet was good enough I could have a video call without buffering. The food supplied in the included breakfast, was basic choices but tasted good. I think this place for a short stay, like I had for an overnight transit between planes is great. When we booked it from Canada, we did not realize it was nap rooms, not a typical hotel room. The room was about the size of a queen size mattress with a single bed, small desk and stool. Bathrooms and showers are shared with individual stalls with locking doors, not physically in the room but included in the fee. I'm not sure this place would not work for me for multiple day/night stay or travelling with multiple people, but for an overnight transit stay, it was better then I expected it would be when I first saw it.

Between planes”

With a 6:30am international flight stopped at The Haven, a nap room which was windowless, good air temperature. Furniture is sparse but comfortable bed. Individual shower rooms very clean and immediately cleaned for the next user. Forget the breakfast.
