The place, the people, the restaurants, the service and the surroundings are really nice and amiable! It’s all so romantic and relaxing. Whether it’s a romantic getaway or a staycation with friends or just a quiet weekend alone, Henry’s is the perfect place in Dumaguete. The facilities are superb and clean! They even have a safety kit for guests. The restaurants around are the best! I really loved and enjoyed my stay there. When I go back to Dumaguete, I would surely stay at Henry’s again.

UNEXPECTED ❤️”
The place was great. Clean, peaceful and the staff are very accommodating. The room we stayed in is spacious and clean. I have a toddler who just discovered his capability of climbing up and down and staying in a hotel or resort is always a challenge. To our surprise Henry Resort staff provided a crib for us. Can you imagine the relief we felt upon seing the crib? Thank you Henry hotel staff! This first time mama had a goodnights rest.

The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful. The area with table for working is well set up. The pool and and the ambiance of the surroundings was really 👌! Overall we had a wondeful time staying at The Henry's Resort!

Best Place for a Staycation”
Spent two nights and three days at the Henry. It was one of the best staycations :) The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. The resort has 3 great restaurants within the vicinity. We'll surely be back!

I like the serene vibe of the place. The greenery gives a soothing appeal to the eyes. There is a certain calmness looking at the landscape of the place. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We like that there are accessible restaurants in the area. This is a place worth coming back to.

Being accused of stealing their umbrella left a bad taste in my mouth”
Just as we were to leave, the guard stopped us because we supposedly brought with us the resort's umbrella. I felt disgusted and gladly showed him that what we had and "took" was our own. We even had 2 of them. He then called someone on the radio, who must have been the front desk staff who was seemingly friendly but turned out was all the while thinking I was a thief.

Hidden retreat in a bustling port city”
We stayed here as the final night of our trip. We came from a long weekend in Siquijor Island via roro and the whole ordeal of trying to get a slot for our vehicle in the barge was so stressful, checking into this hotel was a little slice of heaven. The grounds feel like you're transported somewhere outside the city but everything is actually very accessible. The villas are spacious, the staff are very friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay here. The pool and grounds are well kept - all the plants and foliage add to the serenity. I loved the size of the en suite bathrooms. The food choices are top notch, and they can all be served in-room. A little disappointed the hotel doesn't offer drinking water refills (we had our own reusable containers) and had to buy plastic bottled water. It's not that big a deal, but would definitely have been a plus. The hotel has plenty of umbrellas but it can also get a bit tricky going around the property when it rains. Check out was a breeze. Parking is spacious. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Well appointed rooms, gorgeous facilities and really helpful staff made our stay delightful. Let them know you want the room cleaned though, as they are currently understaffed. Careful at the pool also, my beother slipped on the tiles since the stairs were inaccessible and sprained his wrist.

The room and the resort’s surrounding is very neat. The staff are very accommodating as well. The wifi signal is good. It’s actually a very convenient place since it has restaurants inside the resort. I only stayed for one night since I travelled solo, but I was kinda hoping I stayed there for a few more days.
