Arrived the hotel however waited to check in almost 2hrs as the receptions staff had gone missing ”

The reception area lights deam down glass door locked.. Had to security assistance to contact the management to get someone to assistance. Almost waited 2hrs then we got assistance to check in... After registration done staff handover the key and mentioned check out before 12noon. When I asked him key is for 2nigts. Then only realize my booking is for 2nights. Basically I think it's not the staff to be blame here. Not really sure if Country heights is still part mgt for heritage mgt. Time to wake up there are so many service residences are in the market now days. Soon or later u may close shop. I am upset cause a simple sorry did not come out from the staff for the delay to check in.

Don’t think of this as a hotel”

Think of it as an AirBnB. Don’t expect pristine cleanliness though the counter staff are certainly helpful and will address your concerns. If you can live with its barebones nature, then you might find it to be terrific value for money, especially if you need a location close to Seri Kembangan.

Solitary and old”

The bathtub works on average. The beds are comfortable. The room is spacious and cooling. There is a RM2 parking entry fee, which I find odd considering I am a paying patron of the suite. The parking collector speaks in a heavy accent that I couldn't comprehend and demanded RM2, which was rather rude. The WiFi coverage works oddly. It can be connected when close to the entrance. Overall, the suite is worth a night stay, primarily for the bathtub and swimming pools.

Spacious but need to maintain”

We love heritage residence, the accessibility and the spacious room. But would be better if you can maintain the block to be more welcoming and not creepy.

Fun getaway, but dusty and infested”

One out of the 2 pools was under maintenance during my stay, but that doesn't matter as I enjoyed the scenery of the place. The evenings are bright, the mornings are cold - Heritage suites holds up on the outside. On in the inside, however, it's disappointing. The plug for the water boiler was glued to the socket (to prevent theft I suppose), but the socket itself has detached itself from the wall, thus dangling with the wires. I had killed 4 cockroaches during my stay. These are tiny bugs that had prompted waste disposal. The tub has no drapes, and WiFi is inadequate. The rooms and cupboards are plenty, and the place is dusty. I had booked a larger corner lot but I couldn't access from both entrances (one entrance, but two exits). Overall, it is alright, especially if you want a cheap bathtub stay.

A suitable place for large group”

A suitable place for large group of 5-8. Very basic services for check in/check out & housekeeping, but security is good. Swimming pool and gym are available at the 7th floor, but we didn't have time to view and try it. The apartment facilities are well maintained, except for the TV (was able to view one or two channels). Location wise, it is strategically located near The Mines Shopping Mall (5 minutes) and KTM Serdang station (10 minutes). We used Grab for most of our travel, which is easily available there (need to give exact location, i pick the restaurant outside as the meetup point as the building has a guarded entry point). For those driving, do get a pass from the reception while checking in. Food (halal and non-halal), 24 hours eateries and mini marts are available from a short distance around the building.

I stayed again”

For the value, I seriously think it is worth staying. The only setback is that it is hard to grab a taxi because it is off the main road, drivers then to be confused where to pick you up. Other than that, I feel very comfortable staying there and there's a shopping mall beside it, mines resort and it is walkable! There's a crab restaurant at the hotel and the crab tastes really good. Would recommend you to spend one dinner there... just order those that are marked specialty and you should be safe. For the facilities, I already mentioned in my previous post and will not repeat again. The only sick part is that there is one night that I wanted to swim and 2 Arab women in the pool wading. They shouted at me not to swim because it's meant for ladies for half hour. They asked me to use the other pool instead! Though I respect their religion, this is a public pool. They should get out of the pool if they are uncomfortable. Hotel should control the residents there... it's like an Arab world.

Satisfied ”

Satisfied with the staff but not the cleaniness. I come to this hotel for the second time. First time it was ok but then this second time was not so ok. Got the room with leaked at the aircond and got small cockcroches around the room. But the staff are so helpful. The aunty who’s housekeeping at the hotel are really kind

Exceptional”

I went there with my family. I chose two bedrooms apartment. There were two bathrooms— one with bath tub and another one is shower. They are also fridge and stove. Overall I had a good time with my family there. I love it as it is located near the Mines. And there are also restaurants and shops nearby, only a walk away. There is only one tiny problem, the aircond is quite slow to cool the rooms. But overall i would recommend this to my friends 😄

Worth the Money”

For its location and facilities, I'd say it was worth every penny. However, I would recommend adding more signs to get to the parking area for guests and to the reception, as the building is huge and we found it difficult without having to ask for directions from passersby. In addition, the access cards only work on elevators for your own block, so bear in mind which block is yours before getting into any of them. Other than that, the rooms were clean and everything is within walking distance. The staff were also friendly. Note; the swimming pools require proper swimming suits or the guards will ask you to leave.

A Revisit”

Was very impressed with their facilities and location on my previous visit last year. Came back but stayed in studio room this time. Everything was good. We tried the restaurant downstairs. Superb! The only problem is the staff. I checked in late and the male staff I can check out lat at 3pm. But the next day, the female staff ask me to check out before 2pm.

I am not coming back if I dont like them. I loveeee everything about them except the staff. Read other reviews and you know why.

Very basic”

I'm not quite happy with overall facilities and services. First of all, the receptionist was hard to be contacted, no internal phone line, only direct line number which no one answering. The reception area is not connected with the hotel lift, already brought with me all the luggage out of the car , need to take it back to the car, drive to 3rd floor, then only can go to room. The room was spacious enough but the bed wasn't comfy, the TV only got national channel. The toilet was old, the bath tub was leaking, even though there was stove inside as in the pic, it cannot be used as there isn't cooking gas attached to it. There was children pool in the pic, but when we went, there was only adult pool, maybe it was not for the hotel guests, only for the residents. The plus part was the hotel is connected to the mines shopping mall, there shortcut tunnel where you can walk or drive. Overall, there's not so much to be remembered of the stay

Since it was my first time staying in this service suite for 2 nights, 1) I was lost without direction to do registration at the office when I got there. There is no clear and good signboard for going about. 2) Counter staff not friendly to welcome you, even though I didn't expect too. 3) I was quite disappointed to be given a room without good view, since i have required during my room reservation under Agoda. 4) Bed sheet and pillows were smelly, leaving a lot of hairs on pillows 5) Small and big cockroaches found

Great facilities but impolite staff”

The suite is above average in terms of quality. facilities served were great. Apartment was clean. However, The Heritage might want to train the front-liners on how to communicate with customers professionally.

Lacking of appropriate signage (parking,doors to elevator)”

Our stay was on a whim as we planned to drop a visit to the Mines for the Big Bad Wolf Book Fair shopping. The location is excellent as you just need to walk via underground tunnel to reach the Mines from the hotel. The tunnel was a pretty sight at night.The staff is very stiff but polite in overall. Our biggest disappointment would be the lacking of signboards for guest parking,they're all laminated papers on the wall ONLY and we couldn't find the door leading to the elevator which was ridiculous.The reason? The signage for guest elevator use was ON the door, well-hidden unless you walk from door to door. Other than the above issue, the room is fairly clean, the bathroom need a padding on the floor as it's pretty slippery, the swimming pools and the playground is such a comfort to the high-spirited kids of ours. Value for money?Yes,with considerable patience over the above signage issues.Hope the Residence would improve on those promptly.
