Cheap, good location, VERY FRIENDLY”

I have stayed in Hive for quite long time. The hostel is located in Northbridge, close to Perth train station (2mins away by walk) close to all the supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and clubs in CBD and There is oven in kitchen which is very rare for hostel. you can really cook anything you want! The building is a little old but they are renovating now and I never felt the place as dirty. All the people who work there and people who stay there are very nice. You will feel this place as your home right away. It is the cheapest hostel in Perth city and you get more than what you pay. I highly recommend :)

what a nice city”

I arrived early and the hostel was busy so they offered to put my bags in storage so i could walk to the city to buy some things. When i came back which was still before lunchtime they let me checkin early, gave me the code to the front door which is locked at nighttime and the password for the free wifi. you access the rooms via a wristband which has a chip in it which was different from other places. many common areas and a good kitchen

Great People”

I intended to stay for 1 day but ended up staying for 1 month. I meet great people in this hostel which was awesome for me as i was traveling alone. Big kitchen and large common areas downstairs. The hostel needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and then it would be perfect. Free wifi throughout which worked well. lots of showers and toilets in the big building

This hostel is centrally located nearby Cultural central (Art Gallery and Western Australia Museum) as well Perth Station. The good thing on this hostel is kitchen is available hence you can save on your travel budget in Perth. Others is not much special, some parts is a bit dirty and toilet only available on first floor, hence if your room on second floor have to go down
