    Pros - Room is spacious. Have oven. Near to shopping malls. No problem with foods. Cons - Room doesn't have a security box. Overall, i had a pleasant stay. Staffs were good. I will come again.

    所要の都度使用していますが、安価で過ごしやすいと思います。少し歩けばスーパー（テスコロータス・ビッグＣ）があり、施設内にも小さい売店（営業は15時過ぎ～）も一応あります。企業の出張者も多いと思われます。今回忘れ物をした懸念がありメールしたところ、15分ほどで確認結果の返信を貰いました。結局当方の思い違いだったのですが、過去にも到着時間の連絡などですぐに返信を貰えており、その辺のレスポンスの良さと親切な対応も評価します。

    アパートメントタイプのホテル”

    304号線沿いにある比較的新しいアパートメント。ABCと3棟あり、そのうちB棟の一部をホテルとして使用している。普通のホテルのようなフロントはなく、B棟の脇にあるオフィスで手続きする。午前1～6時の間はオフィスがクローズするので、この間にチェックイン・チェックアウトする場合は要注意。 部屋のカギと玄関のセキュリティーカード、フィットネスのセキュリティーカードがある。新しいだけあって部屋は比較的キレイ。必要なアメニティーも一通り揃っている。あまり使い道ないけど、小さなソファーもある。駐車場の数は多いけど、遅い時間になるとほぼ満車になる。種類は少ないけど朝食も付いている。宿泊料金を考えると十分な内容。施設内にはミニマートがある。営業時間は、7:00～9:30と15:30～23:00のみ。ロータスショッピングセンターまでは約300ｍ。ロータス周辺には日系居酒屋などもある。
